青年教师职业压力应对的新视角

【摘要】：高校青年教师作为高校发展的主力军,在贡献自己力量的同时,面临巨大的职业压力而引发心理健康问题,这是不争的事实。职业韧性,作为压力调节的中介变量,是从积极的视角研究个体如何应对职业压力。本研究以高校青年教师职业压力分析为切入点,从提高青年教师职业韧性水平的角度探索其职业压力的应对策略。
[Abstract]:Young college teachers as the main force in the development of universities, and contribute their strength at the same time, facing enormous pressure caused by the occupation of mental health problems, this is an indisputable fact. Occupation toughness, as the intermediary variable pressure regulation, from the perspective of individual positive research how to deal with the occupation pressure. In this study, young college teachers' occupation pressure analysis as the breakthrough point, to explore the strategies of improving teachers' occupation pressure from the perspective of the youth occupation toughness level.
