高校共青团思想政治教育实效性研究

【摘要】：提高高校共青团工作中学生思想政治教育的实效性是中国走向现代化的必然要求和时代要求。加强高校共青团思想政治教育实效性研究，就要把握好高校共青团思想政治教育工作的工作任务、工作原则，明确高校共青团思想政治教育工作的具体内容。我国高校共青团思想政治教育取得的成绩是多方面的，看到成绩的同时，我们也要正视当前高校共青团思想政治教育确实存在一些问题，，主要表现为团员意识淡薄，思想政治工作存在难度，部分高校共青团思想政治教育措施系统性针对性不强、部分高校的团干部水平有待提高等几个方面。存在这些问题的原因是多方面的，主要是由于对高校共青团思想政治教育的重要性认识不够、大学生的荣辱道德观混淆、高校管理评价体系不完善、大学生群体观念发生变化等原因造成的。本文研究的重点就在于要注意提高共青团思想政治教育实效性的实施策略。提高青团思想政治教育实效性就要在一些措施上具体抓好落实，首要的是要提高认识，构筑青年学生的精神支柱，在理论学习活动中发挥组织优势和阵地优势，加强组织领导，推动理论进头脑工作，学校教育要把思想政治教育摆在重要位置，在主题活动中构筑青年学生的精神支柱，坚持科学发展观指导新时期高校团建工作。就要注意采取切实有效的措施，拓宽高校共青团思想政治教育开展的途径。做到因势利导，培育大学生社会主义核心价值体系，积极探索共青团思想政治教育新模式。注意加强高校共青团思想政治教育研究和队伍建设，针对新时期高校共青团思想政治教育工作面临的难题，着力强化理论教育和培训，对新时期共青团思想政治教育理念和方法创新。要以校园文化建设为载体，加强思想政治教育，通过强化队伍建设、强化手段、强化理论研究和工作交流，提高校园文化建设载体的有效性。此外，我们在这个过程中，还要注意完善以荣辱观为主要内容的思想政治教育评价体系，建立起以荣辱观为基础的高校学生德育评价体系，以更好地提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性。
[Abstract]:To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is the inevitable requirement of China's modernization and the requirement of the times. The study on the effectiveness of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities should be strengthened. It is necessary to grasp the work tasks and principles of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities, and to clarify the concrete contents of ideological and political education work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. The achievements of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in China are various. At the same time, we should also face up to some problems in the ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities at the same time, mainly manifested in the weak awareness of League members and the difficulty in ideological and political work. The ideological and political education measures of the Communist Youth League in some colleges and universities are not systematically targeted, and the level of League cadres in some colleges and universities needs to be improved. There are many reasons for these problems. It is mainly caused by the lack of understanding of the importance of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities, the confusion of the honor and disgrace of college students, the imperfection of the evaluation system of university management, the change of college students' group concept, and so on. The focus of this study is to pay attention to the implementation strategy of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League. To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of the Youth League, we must make concrete efforts to implement it on some measures, and first of all, we should improve our understanding. To build the spiritual pillar of young students, to give full play to their organizational and position advantages in theoretical learning activities, to strengthen organizational leadership, and to promote the work of theory into their minds, the school education should put ideological and political education in an important position. In order to construct the spiritual pillar of young students in themed activities and to adhere to the scientific concept of development to guide the team building in colleges and universities in the new period, we should pay attention to taking practical and effective measures to broaden the ways of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. Cultivate the socialist core value system of college students, actively explore the new mode of ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League, pay attention to strengthening the research on ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities, In view of the problems faced by the ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the new period, we should strengthen the theoretical education and training, innovate the ideas and methods of the ideological and political education of the Communist Youth League in the new period, and take the construction of campus culture as the carrier. To strengthen ideological and political education, to enhance the effectiveness of the carrier of campus cultural construction by strengthening the building of the contingent, strengthening the means, strengthening the theoretical research and working exchanges, and enhancing the effectiveness of the carrier of campus culture construction. It is also necessary to improve the evaluation system of ideological and political education based on the concept of honor and disgrace and to establish an evaluation system of moral education for college students based on the concept of honor and disgrace so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students.
