高校辅导员职业化发展对策研究

【摘要】:摘要:我国高等教育“大众化”的时代已经到来,全国在校大学生已达一千多万人,大学生人数膨胀的同时伴随的是社会经济改革的汹涌浪潮,外部因素的干扰使当前大学生的世界观、人生观、价值观发生着深刻的变化,这些给高校思想政治教育提出了严峻的挑战。自中央十六号文件发布以来,全国高校辅导员开始了职业化的发展方向,高等教育界开始探索辅导员职业化发展的路径。 当前,辅导员职业化发展已经经历了一段时间,高校在辅导员职业化建设中进行了多方的尝试,也取得了一定的成效。但总体来看,高校辅导员职业化仍面临重重困境,标准的缺失,理念的守旧,体制的僵化,政策的冲突等等都是导致现状的原因。本文突破原有研究局限于笼统研究辅导员职业化的思路,选择辅导员职业化发展的现状和路径探索为着眼点,试图通过建立辅导员职业化发展的方向和标准来使辅导员职业化发展有据可依,改变辅导员职业化推进困难的局面。 文章共分为四个部分。第1章导论,主要介绍了本文的选题意义、研究综述、研究思路、研究方法、研究的创新点等。第2章构建了高校辅导员职业化实现的体系标准,通过理论研究的方法确定包含职业化宗旨、职业化阶段体系、职业化组织体系和职业化技能规范体系在内的四大发展体系,为本文的研究奠定理论基础,同时对相关的概念进行厘清。第3章通过在Z大学的实地调研,掌握该校辅导员职业化发展的现状、困境以及原因分析,整理出高校辅导员实践和职业化目标之间的差距。在前面理论基础和实践研究的基础上,第4章旨在构建现阶段高校辅导员职业化发展的对策和实现路径,这一模式包含四大开发系统,分别为辅导员职业化发展的“职业开发”系统、“组织开发”系统、“管理开发”系统和“环境开发”系统。
[Abstract]:Abstract: the popularization of higher education in China has come of age, the national college students has reached about ten million people, the number of college expansion and is accompanied by the surging wave of social and economic reform, the interference of external factors to college students' world outlook, the outlook on life, values are undergoing profound changes, these to the ideological political education poses a severe challenge. Since the Central Document No. sixteen issued, the college counselors began the development direction of the occupation, the higher education sector began to explore the development path of counselors occupation.
At present, the development of counselors occupation has experienced a period of time, the University carried out many attempts in the construction of counselors occupation, has achieved certain results. But overall, college counselors occupation still faces many difficulties, the lack of standards, the concept of conservative, rigid system, policy conflict and so on are the cause of the status quo. This breakthrough is confined to the general study of the original ideas of counselors' occupation selection, current situation and development path of counselor occupation exploration focus, direction and standard to counselors' occupation to development through the establishment of counselors occupation development according to the change of occupation, counselors promote the difficult situation.
The article is divided into four parts. The first chapter is introduction, mainly introduces the significance of this topic, research review, research ideas, research methods, research innovation. The second chapter constructs the system of University Counselors occupation standard implementation, through the theoretical research method to determine the occupation includes purpose, occupation stage system. Occupation, organization system and occupation skills standard system four development system, lay the theoretical foundation for this research, and the related concepts are clarified. In the third chapter, through field research at the University of Z, to grasp the status quo the school counselor occupation development, analysis of the predicament and reasons, sort out between Universities Practice and target counselors occupation gap. Based on the previous theoretical study and practice, the fourth chapter aims to construct the stage of college counselors occupation development countermeasures and path to achieve this, the first mock exam The system consists of four major development systems: career development system, organizational development system, management development system and environment development system.
