高校德育生态问题研究

【摘要】:本文主要立足于当前高校德育实效性差的现状,阐述了当前高校德育中存在的问题,剖析了造成这些问题的几方面原因,并针对其原因提出了建构和谐的高校德育生态,以解决上述问题、提高德育实效的观点。 本文共分四个部分: 第一部分对德育生态的相关理论进行了阐述。首先,对德育这一概念进行了界定,对生态与生态学的发展及其与教育学的结合进行了梳理。其次,给高校德育生态下了定义,并对其特点和各个构成要素进行了较为详尽的阐述。最后,指出内部生态系统的和谐互动有利于学生主体性的发挥和德育实效性的提高,而外部生态系统的和谐互动则给高校德育实效性的发挥营造了良好的氛围。 第二部分指出了当前高校德育生态存在的问题:一方面,在高校德育生态系统内,微生态系统存在着对教职工德育师资建设的忽视、对大学生德育的不力和德育介质各因子的失衡;另一方面,也存在着高校德育系统与其外部的社会文化脱节、与社会生态环境割离、与自然生态环境割裂以及高校德育与中学德育断裂的外部生态环境问题。 第三部分从三个方面剖析了高校德育生态存在问题的原因。一是高校德育工作被工具化和形式化,弱化了德育教师在高校德育中的作用,没有重视当代大学生个体生命教育的意义,影响了高校德育的实际功效;二是高校德育脱离现实生活实际,信仰教育缺失;三是高校德育与整个社会生态割裂:受多元文化冲击,高校德育无以适从,并且忽略了社会生态系统的整体性和联系性。 第四部分提出从协调内部各因素和优化外部生态环境两个方面来构建和谐的高校德育生态。在系统内部要注重德育师资队伍建设,提升教育者素养、重视学生主体性,,构建生态型师生关系,并进一步补充和完善德育生态介质;在外部不仅要优化文化生态和社会生态环境,还要强化大学生对自然生态的保护意识,以促进人类与自然以及社会的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of the actual effect of moral education in colleges and universities, this paper expounds the existing problems in moral education in colleges and universities, analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward the construction of harmonious moral education ecology in colleges and universities. In order to solve the above problems, improve the effectiveness of moral education point of view. This paper is divided into four parts:. The first part expounds the related theories of moral education ecology. Firstly, it defines the concept of moral education, combs the development of ecology and ecology and its combination with pedagogy. Secondly, it defines the ecology of moral education in colleges and universities. Finally, it points out that the harmonious interaction of the internal ecosystem is conducive to the development of students' subjectivity and the improvement of the effectiveness of moral education. The harmonious interaction of the external ecosystem creates a good atmosphere for the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities. The second part points out the existing problems of moral education ecology in colleges and universities: on the one hand, in the moral education ecosystem of colleges and universities, there is neglect to the construction of teachers of moral education for teaching staff in the micro-ecosystem. On the other hand, the moral education system in colleges and universities is out of touch with its external social culture, and it is also cut off from the social ecological environment. The external ecological environment is separated from the natural ecological environment and the moral education in colleges and universities is broken with the moral education in middle schools. The third part analyzes the causes of the ecological problems of moral education in colleges and universities from three aspects. First, the moral education work in colleges and universities is instrumentalized and formalized, which weakens the role of moral education teachers in moral education in colleges and universities. The lack of attention to the significance of individual life education of contemporary college students has affected the actual effect of moral education in colleges and universities, second, moral education in colleges and universities is divorced from the reality of real life, and faith education is missing; Thirdly, moral education in colleges and universities is separated from the whole social ecology: under the impact of multiculturalism, moral education in colleges and universities is not suitable and neglects the integrity and connection of social ecosystem. Part 4th proposes to construct harmonious moral education ecology in colleges and universities from the aspects of coordinating internal factors and optimizing external ecological environment. In the system, we should pay attention to the construction of moral education teachers, improve the quality of educators, and attach importance to the subjectivity of students. To construct the ecological teacher-student relationship and to further supplement and perfect the ecological medium of moral education, not only to optimize the cultural ecology and the social ecological environment, but also to strengthen the college students' consciousness of protecting the natural ecology. In order to promote the harmonious development of human beings and nature and society.
