【摘要】：党的十六届四中全会提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的重要目标，大学担负着人才培养，科学研究和服务社会的功能，和谐社会建设离不开高素质的人才，离不开高等教育在社会发展中的引领带动作用。积极健康的文化是社会主义和谐社会的重要特征，而新的和谐社会的文化基础仍然是中华传统的优秀文化。在目前的人才培养体系中，中华优秀传统文化教育所占的地位日渐衰落，在有些领域甚至已经消失殆尽，这不能不说是一个令人遗憾的结果。发扬中华优秀的传统文化，已成为当前传统文化研究者的重要任务。教育的重要使命是对传统文化的继承、发扬和创新，这一使命注定教育要在建设和谐社会的崭新文化过程中发挥举足轻重的作用。因此大力弘扬优秀传统文化，引领文化的前进方向，是高等学校加强校园文化建设，构建社会主义和谐社会的重要措施。校园精神文化是校园文化的核心和灵魂，是校园文化的最高境界。它集中反映了一个学校的特殊本质、个性及精神面貌，体现学校的办学宗旨，培养目标及其独特风格。它是在长期的校园物质文化、制度文化创造过程中积淀、整合和提炼形成的。它构成了一所大学最为核心和高度抽象的价值追求和品格特征，是其所拥有的相对稳定的群体心理定势和精神状态，是一所大学在长期的教育实践中积淀的最富典型意义的精神内涵，是其整体面貌、水平、特色及凝聚力、感召力和生命力的体现。开展大学校园精神文化建设不仅能够促进和加强大学全面发展、增强校园活力、实现校园安定、提升学校软实力，同时为社会培养精英人才、实现大学与社会的良性互动，促进和谐的社会环境建设。因此，加强校园精神文化建设是高等学校自身发展的需要，是构建社会主义和谐社会的需要，是时代发展的需要。本论文内容由六部分构成：第一部分阐述了论文的研究背景、意义，回顾了国内外研究现状，介绍了研究目的、方法和内容以及本文的研究框架。第二部分从校园精神文化的内涵入手，探讨了大学校园精神文化的特点，，分析了大学校园精神文化的结构、功能及价值。第三部分从校园文化的质态构成出发，分析了大学校园精神文化在校园文化中的地位、校园精神文化建设对和谐校园和和谐社会建设的促进作用。第四部分从校园环境、校园物质、校园制度、校园行为以及多元化思想的挑战等五个方面全方位地分析和探讨了影响校园精神文化建设的因素，力求为大学校园精神文化的建设寻找到突破口。第五部分阐述了大学校园精神文化的建设原则和目标，针对影响大学校园精神文化建设的几个因素，提出了具体的建设途径。第六部分对全文进行了回顾，并总结了本文研究的优点和局限性。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee put forward the important goal of building a harmonious socialist society. Universities shoulder the functions of talent training, scientific research and service to the society, and the construction of a harmonious society can not be separated from high-quality talents. Higher education can not be separated from the leading role in social development. A positive and healthy culture is an important feature of a harmonious socialist society. The cultural foundation of the new harmonious society is still the excellent traditional Chinese culture. In the current talent training system, the status of Chinese excellent traditional culture and education has gradually declined, and in some fields it has even disappeared. This cannot but be said to be a regrettable result. It has become an important task for the researchers of traditional culture to carry forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture. The important mission of education is to inherit, carry forward and innovate the traditional culture. This mission is destined to play an important role in the process of building a new culture of harmonious society. An important measure to build a harmonious socialist society. Campus spiritual culture is the core and soul of campus culture and the highest level of campus culture. It reflects the special essence, personality and spiritual outlook of a school, and reflects the purpose of running a school. The cultivation goal and its unique style. It is accumulated, integrated and refined in the long process of material culture, institutional culture creation on campus. It constitutes the most core and highly abstract value pursuit and character characteristics of a university. It is a relatively stable group psychological pattern and mental state, the most typical spiritual connotation accumulated by a university in its long-term educational practice, and its overall appearance, level, characteristics and cohesion. The spirit and culture construction of university campus can not only promote and strengthen the overall development of the university, enhance the vitality of the campus, realize the campus stability, promote the soft power of the school, but also train the elite talents for the society. To realize the benign interaction between university and society and to promote the construction of harmonious social environment, therefore, to strengthen the construction of campus spiritual culture is the need of the development of colleges and universities, the need of building a harmonious socialist society, and the need of the development of the times. This paper consists of six parts: the first part describes the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research situation, introduces the purpose of the research. The second part begins with the connotation of campus spiritual culture, probes into the characteristics of university campus spiritual culture, and analyzes the structure of university campus spiritual culture. Function and value. The third part analyzes the status of campus spiritual culture in campus culture, starting from the qualitative composition of campus culture.
