基于竞优特征群识别方法的辽宁省高校高端人才工作研究

【摘要】:九五、十五、十一五期间,辽宁省高校实施了一系列人才工作。这些人才工作取得了显著的成就(国家重点学科建设加快,高校科研成果显著等)。然而和国内发达省市相比(江苏省、上海市等),可以发现辽宁省人才工作存在一定的不足:人才观念不到位,官本位倾向比较严重,执行效率低下;辽宁省高校人才工作经费投入不足等。据此,研究辽宁省高校高端人才工作具有一定的意义。 本文在前人关于人才和工作满意度研究的基础上,通过对辽宁省高校高端人才实施问卷调查,采用竞优特征群识别的方法,以高端人才工作满意度为信息,研究了辽宁省高校高端人才工作状况,揭示了辽宁省高校高端人才工作存在的问题,分析问题形成的原因。根据调查分析的结果,借鉴国内发达省市高校高端人才工作的成功经验,为辽宁省人才工作提供相应的对策建议。 本文主要研究内容概括如下: 第1章为绪论。主要介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目标与意义、研究内容和方法以及论文的主要创新点。 第2章为文献综述,是全文的理论基础。主要对人才、高层次人才、高端人才的内涵、工作满意度、相关的理论以及竟优特征群识别方法进行了综述。 第3章为高校高端人才工作满意度指标体系构建。通过专家论证和信效度分析,构建了高校高端人才工作满意度的指标体系。 第4章为竞优特征群识别方法及应用。首先介绍了竞优特征群识别方法;然后运用竞优特征群识别方法对辽宁省高校高端人才工作满意度的调查结果进行处理分析;最后,根据分析结果分析辽宁省高校高端人才工作的问题和原因。 第5章为对策建议。本章根据调查分析的结果,对比国内发达省市高校高端人才工作的成功经验,提出相应的对策与建议。 最后,总结本文的主要研究成果,并指出需要进一步开展的研究工作。
[Abstract]:95, fifteen, 11th Five-Year, in Liaoning province has implemented a series of personnel work. These personnel work has made significant achievements (accelerate, national key discipline construction of university scientific research achievements. However, significant) compared with the domestic developed provinces (Jiangsu Province, Shanghai City, Liaoning Province, etc.) can be found there is a certain lack of talent work: the concept of talent is not in place, the official standard tendency is serious, efficiency is low; Liaoning province talent work in Colleges and universities lack of funds. It has certain significance to study the work of colleges and universities in Liaoning province of high-end talent.
Based on the previous research on talent and job satisfaction, based on investigation of the high-end talent of Liaoning province for the implementation of the questionnaire, the competition method and characteristics of group identification, with high-end talent job satisfaction for information, research in Liaoning province university high end talents in Colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, reveals the existence of high-end talent work, reason analysis of the problem of formation. According to the analysis, learn from the successful experience of domestic developed provinces and cities in China of high-end talent work, provide the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for human resources work in Liaoning province.
The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:
The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly introduces the research background, research objectives and significance, research content and methods, and the main innovation of the paper.
The second chapter is the literature review, the theoretical foundation of the thesis. The main talent, high level talents, connotation, high-end talent and job satisfaction, the relevant theory and had the feature recognition method are reviewed.
The third chapter is the construction of job satisfaction index system for high-end talents in Colleges and universities. Through expert demonstration and reliability and validity analysis, the index system of job satisfaction of high-end talents in Colleges and universities is constructed.
The fourth chapter is the competitive characteristics of group identification method and its application. Firstly introduces the competitive characteristics of group identification methods; and then use the survey of colleges and universities in Liaoning province of high-end talent job satisfaction ifca feature group identification methods were analyzed; finally, according to the problems and reasons of work in Colleges and Universities in Liaoning province of high-end talent analysis results.
The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions. According to the results of investigation and analysis, this chapter compares the successful experience of the high-end talents in the developed provinces and cities in China, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
Finally, the main research results of this paper are summarized, and the further research work is also pointed out.
