河北省高校体育院系大学生就业指导现状调查与分析

【摘要】：普通高等学校毕业生是我国宝贵的人力资源。当前,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,国际化、信息化的逐步推进,我国高等教育事业的飞速发展,我国高等院校连年扩大招生规模,导致大学毕业生人数在不断攀高。毕业生人数的攀升,无形间造成就业竞争的日益激烈,导致就业问题日益突显。在当前毕业生就业形式严峻的社会大背景下,河北省高校体育院系的大学生的就业压力、难度越来越大。大学生就业难引起了国家、社会的高度重视,且大学生就业问题成为一个严重的社会问题,就业指导是解决大学生就业问题的有手段之一,因为就业指导可使大学生的就业观念、自我认识、职业认识、职业生涯意识、职业生涯规划等方面得到一定改善,而以上的这些方面在一定程度上关系着就业的成败,因此,就业指导在大学生就业过程中是不可忽视的。本论文对河北省高校体育院系大学生的就业指导现状进行调查,并希望在此基础上为各高校的就业指导工作提供参考依据和借鉴。本文首先采用文献资料法,了解国内外大学生就业指导的现状；并在此基础上设计了河北省高校体育院系大学生就业指导现状调查问卷,并对调查问卷的信效度进行检验。而后采用访谈法、问卷调查法,在河北省随机抽取5所体育院校(河北师范大学、河北体育学院、唐山师范学院、廊坊师范学院、衡水学院)作为被调查的学校,并在选取的各高校中随机抽取体育专业近三年毕业的大学生作为被调查的对象,进行河北省高校体育院系大学生就业指导现状的调查,分别从就业指导整体评价、就业指导活动、就业指导内容,就业指导的开课方式、就业指导工作设置的课程、课程的具体的指导内容、就业指导课程的课程时数、就业指导课程的安排、就业指导机构、就业指导人员配备等方面进行调查,并采用数理统计法对调查问卷的数据进行统计处理、分析,得出如下结论：河北省高校体育院系大学生对本校的就业指导工作的评价较低。河北省高校体育院系大学生就业指导活动丰富多彩,但是学生对各项就业指导活动的需求程度不同；大学生对各项就业指导活动的需求程度与本校开展的各项就业指导活动的程度之间存在着较大的差异；且两者各项就业指导活动所占的比例也存在较大的差异。河北省高校体育院系大学生就业指导信息收集与发布方式是多种多样的,而大学生们获得就业信息的主要方式是通过网络。因此,河北省高校体育院系就业指导部门根据网络具有方便、快速、及时等的优点,河北省教育部门已经建立了就业网站,为大学生提供丰富的就业信息。河北省高校体育院系大学生就业指导课程开设内容较为丰富,大致包括以下几项：就业形式与政策、就业技巧、心理辅导、创业辅导、个性分析、职业分析、职业生涯规划、其他相关信息等。但是大学生对以上这些就业指导内容的需求程度的比例存在差距,且与学校开设的各项课程指导活动内容的比例存在着较大的出入。河北省高校体育院系大学生就业指导课程内容的开课方式存在着较大的差异,且各种的就业指导课程内容的开课方式也存在着不同。河北省高校基本上按照修订的《大学生职业发展与就业指导课程教学大纲》安排大学生就业指导课程及就业指导课程的开设时数。河北省高校基本上都成立了专门的就业指导机构,名称存在差异但担当的一样责任。河北省高校体育院系的辅导员是就业指导的重要力量,而大学生则需要职能部门指导员、院系领导和辅导员的综合指导和方向行、新实用性更具专业的指导；且与国外相比,河北省高校大学生就业指导人员的人数较少,远远低于国家规定的的人数和比例；专职就业指导员的作用没有得到充分的发挥；辅导员是主要兼职就业指导人员,但是他们的专业素质有限,有待于进一步提高。
