志愿服务活动对大学生责任意识形成的影响研究

【摘要】：有关大学生责任意识的研究通常是处于道德教育的框架下进行探讨,而从志愿服务活动角度来探讨其对大学生责任意识形成影响的研究与实践鲜有涉及。因此,本文试图从志愿服务活动的过程来研究大学生责任意识的形成过程,对志愿服务活动和大学生责任意识进行宏观和微观上的分析,找到志愿服务活动与大学生责任意识形成的契合点。从志愿服务活动对大学生责任意识形成的影响中,总结规律,创新大学生责任意识教育的方法；充分利用志愿服务的性质和活动特点增强大学生的责任意识教育,为大学生形成高度自觉的责任意识而努力。通过本文的研究,既有助于完善高校志愿服务体系,为大学生责任意识形成提供良好的实践条件和环境条件；又有助于深化大学生对责任的理解,为责任意识教育提供新的突破口,从而增强思想政治教育尤其是责任意识教育的实效性。本文运用问卷调查、文献研究等方法论证了志愿服务活动对大学生责任意识形成的影响,主要包括四个部分：第一部分从宏观上厘清志愿服务活动与大学生责任意识形成之间的关系,奠定本文的逻辑起点。从志愿服务活动的发展特点和大学生责任意识现状进行分析,论述志愿服务活动与大学生责任意识形成的关联点和切入点。论文的第二部分论述了高校志愿服务活动这一特定外在环境在大学生责任意识形成方面所起的积极作用。第三部分是本论文的中心。以“知”、“情”、“意”、“行”的道德品德形成的过程特点,对大学生责任认知的产生、责任情感的体验、责任意志的磨练和责任行为的践履展开论证,探讨大学生在志愿服务活动过程中责任意识的内化与外化过程。论文的第四部分是根据目前存在的问题和不足对志愿服务活动促进大学生责任意识形成提出对策。从纯化大学生参与志愿服务活动的道德动机,加强大学生志愿服务过程的责任体验,引导大学生对志愿服务效果进行正确的反思,完善高校志愿服务活动的不足等方面进行论述,提高志愿服务活动对大学生责任意识形成的效果。
[Abstract]:The research on the responsibility consciousness of college students is usually carried out under the framework of moral education, but the research and practice of its influence on the formation of college students' responsibility consciousness from the angle of voluntary service activities are seldom involved. This paper attempts to study the forming process of college students' responsibility consciousness from the process of voluntary service activities, and analyze the voluntary service activities and college students' responsibility consciousness from the macro and micro aspects. From the influence of voluntary service activities on the formation of college students' responsibility consciousness, the author summarizes the law and innovates the methods of the college students' responsibility consciousness education. Make full use of the nature and activity characteristics of voluntary service to strengthen the education of college students' responsibility consciousness, and make great efforts to form a high degree of conscious responsibility consciousness of college students. Through the study of this paper, it is helpful to perfect the voluntary service system in colleges and universities. It provides good practical and environmental conditions for the formation of college students' responsibility consciousness, and also helps to deepen college students' understanding of responsibility, and provides a new breakthrough for the education of responsibility consciousness. So as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education, especially responsibility education. This paper demonstrates the influence of voluntary service activities on the formation of college students' sense of responsibility by means of questionnaires and literature studies. It mainly includes four parts: the first part clarifies the relationship between voluntary service activities and the formation of college students' sense of responsibility. From the perspective of the characteristics of the development of voluntary service activities and the status quo of college students' sense of responsibility, The second part of the paper discusses the positive effect of voluntary service activity on the formation of college students' responsibility consciousness in the specific external environment. The third part is the center of this thesis. The process of forming moral character is characterized by "knowing", "feeling", "meaning" and "action". The thesis demonstrates the emergence of college students' responsibility cognition, the experience of responsibility emotion, the training of responsibility will and the practice of responsibility behavior. This paper probes into the internalization and externalization of college students' responsibility consciousness in the process of voluntary service activities. The 4th part of the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the formation of college students' responsibility consciousness by voluntary service activities according to the existing problems and deficiencies. From purifying the moral motivation of college students to participate in voluntary service, Strengthen the responsibility experience of college students' voluntary service process, guide students to reflect on the effect of voluntary service correctly, improve the deficiency of voluntary service activities in colleges and universities, etc. Improve the effect of voluntary service activities on the formation of college students' sense of responsibility.
