我国西藏地区普通高校国防教育课程体系研究

【摘要】:国防教育的根本任务是要增强全民族的爱国主义精神,以维护民族和国家利益为标志的国防观念。国防乃一国之本,当战争还没有从人类社会生活中最终消失,国家仍面临外来侵略的可能性。捍卫国家领土和主权应当成为人民的自觉意识。 当前,西藏地区高校国防教育课程体系建设作为我国高校思想政治教育工作重要组成部分,为维护西藏自治区社会和谐稳定、经济平稳较快发展作出了重大贡献;对于加强西藏地区高校人才素质培养质量,进一步完善新时期新形势下西藏地区高校思想政治教育工作,构建具有边疆少数民族地区、西藏地域特色的高校国防教育科学体系,增强西藏地区高校大学生国防观念,国家安全意识,弘扬爱国主义情怀,培养大学生艰苦奋斗,吃苦耐劳的优良作风,加强大学生组织性和纪律性,树立正确的人生观和价值观,具有举足轻重的意义。然而,鉴于各种原因,在建设西藏地区高校国防教育课程体系的过程中依然面临着一些困难和不足,还需要有关部门和领导给予更多的关注和重视,并从实践中积极探索,为完善西藏地区高校国防教育的工作机制,在构建具有中国特色、西藏特点的高校国防教育体系的历程中迈出更加坚实的一步。 本研究的目的旨在通过对西藏地区高校国防教育工作总体情况的现状分析,运用课程与教学的相关基本原理,根据国家最新颁布出台的有关高校国防教育的法规、政策和指导意见,结合西藏地域自然环境和人文环境特点,探讨西藏地区高校国防教育课程体系建设有关问题,试图完善具备西藏特点的边疆地区高校国防教育课程体系,为更好地落实国家有关高校国防教育政策精神,巩固国防与西藏地区社会稳定提供有价值的参考依据。 全文共分六部分,,第一部分介绍论文选题背景和缘由;第二部分介绍中外高校国防教育体系研究现状;第三部分介绍中国高校国防教育体系模式;第四部分阐释西藏地区高校国防教育的理论基础;第五部分展示西藏地区高校国防教育特殊性,通过课堂观察、访谈一系列质性研究,发现西藏地区高校国防教育的不足及问题,并对该问题展开深入的剖析;第六部分科学按照发展观的相关原理和指导思想,充分结合西藏地区实际情况,为今后西藏地区高校国防教育工作的深入有效开展,提供合理、适切性的策略和指导性建议。
[Abstract]:The fundamental task of national defense education is to strengthen the patriotism of the whole nation and the concept of national defense marked by safeguarding the national and national interests. National defense is the foundation of a country, when war has not finally disappeared from human social life. Countries still face the possibility of foreign aggression. Defending national territory and sovereignty should become the conscious consciousness of the people. At present, as an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Tibet, the construction of national defense education curriculum system in Tibet has made great contributions to the maintenance of social harmony and stability in Tibet Autonomous region and the steady and rapid economic development of Tibet Autonomous region. To strengthen the quality of talent training in colleges and universities in Tibet, to further improve the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities in Tibet under the new situation, and to build a scientific system of national defense education in colleges and universities with the characteristics of ethnic minorities in the border areas and regions in Tibet. To strengthen the sense of national defense and national security of college students in Tibet, to carry forward the feelings of patriotism, to cultivate the fine style of hard work and hard work of college students, and to strengthen the organization and discipline of college students. It is of great significance to establish a correct outlook on life and values. However, in view of various reasons, there are still some difficulties and deficiencies in the course of building the curriculum system of national defense education in colleges and universities in Tibet. It is also necessary for the relevant departments and leaders to pay more attention and pay more attention to it, and actively explore it from practice. In order to improve the work mechanism of national defense education in colleges and universities in Tibet, it is necessary to build a work mechanism with Chinese characteristics. Tibet's characteristic national defense education system takes a more solid step forward. The purpose of this study is to analyze the overall situation of national defense education in colleges and universities in Tibet, and to apply the relevant basic principles of curriculum and teaching, according to the latest national defense education laws and regulations promulgated by the state. The policy and guiding opinions, combined with the characteristics of the natural and humanistic environment of Tibet, discuss the problems related to the construction of the curriculum system of national defense education in colleges and universities in Tibet, in an attempt to improve the curriculum system of national defense education in colleges and universities in borderland areas with the characteristics of Tibet. In order to better implement the spirit of the national defense education policy in colleges and universities and consolidate national defense and social stability in Tibet, this paper provides a valuable reference basis. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the background and reason of the thesis; the second part introduces the current research situation of the national defense education system in Chinese and foreign universities; the third part introduces the pattern of the national defense education system in Chinese universities. The fourth part explains the theoretical basis of national defense education in colleges and universities in Tibet, the fifth part shows the particularity of national defense education in colleges and universities in Tibet, and through classroom observation, interviews with a series of qualitative studies, Find out the deficiencies and problems of national defense education in colleges and universities in Tibet, and carry out an in-depth analysis of the problem. Part VI, according to the relevant principles and guiding ideology of the concept of development, fully combines the actual situation in Tibet, It provides reasonable and appropriate strategies and guiding suggestions for the further and effective development of national defense education in colleges and universities in Tibet.
