论大学班级价值

【摘要】：大学班级是学校教育、教学活动的基本组织形式，是学生共同学习、活动、生活的场所，也是教师影响学生、管理学生的组织载体。但随着高校扩招和学分制的实施，传统的班级授课方式和教育管理方式都遇到了无所适从的障碍，部分教师对大学班级和班级辅导员的存续提出质疑，使大学班级工作遇到了挑战。而另一方面，，中共中央国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中明确提出大学班级是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的组织载体，是开展大学生思想政治教育的基本组织形式，为加强大学班级建设提供了政策依据，使大学班级工作迎来了新的发展机遇。面对挑战和机遇，理清大学班级在当下的存在价值并探索出适合新时期大学生思想特点的班级建设思路成为高校学生工作者的重要使命。目前尚未查到关于大学班级价值的明确含义，本文第一部分以马克思关于价值的论述为依据，推演大学班级价值关系中的主体是班级成员个体，客体是班级成员的群体，并从社会心理学的角度分析作为客体的班级群体满足学生个体主体的作用机制。从分析中得出大学班级的价值主要是促进学生全面发展的价值，这种价值主要体现在对学生个体的行为管理价值、力量组织价值、心理归属价值、动力激发价值和性格培育价值。因此，提升大学班级价值，培养具有可持续发展能力的学生个体不仅是辅导员立足岗位落实科学发展观的现实需要，也是面对严峻的就业形势，树立以学生为本思想，满足学生提高自身就业竞争力要求的现实需要，更是辅导员克服当前班级价值弱化、班级建设动力不足和开展工作创新的现实需要。大学班级作为学校的基本组织形式，其价值作用不仅要与学校的要求相一致，更要与一定历史条件下的社会要求适应。本文第二部分总结了我国建国后大学班级在计划经济时期所起到的知识传授价值、思想教育价值和管理价值，在当前市场经济条件下原有的价值依然存在，但也存在与社会要求不相适应的个性化教学、知识创新的价值不足，管理的工具价值充分展现、管理的教育价值不足，班级活动的教育价值比重逐渐增强、班级生活教育价值比重逐渐弱化的现象及原因。在此分析基础上，遵循“以学生为本，促进学生全面发展”的价值取向，展望班级价值的发展趋势应是班级价值由工具性向目的性发展、由封闭性向开放性发展、由片面性向全面性发展。加强班集体建设是提升班级价值的必然之路，传统的班集体建设往往注重管理手段，学生处于服从地位，学生参与班级建设的动力不足，甚至出现逆反的心理和行为。我们认为当下大学生的主体性意识较强，在班集体建设中应依据学生心理发展规律、团体发展规律，引导学生参与班级建设。本文第三部分主要根据社会心理学关于团体动力学的研究成果，依据团体动力的发展规律从团体目标、团体规范、团体价值观、团体领导力、团体结构、团体互动、外部合力等方面探索大学班集体建设的新思路。
[Abstract]:The college class is the school education, the basic organizational form of teaching activities, students learn together, play, living place, also influence the teacher student organization carrier management students. Has not yet found a clear meaning of the value of class in University, the first part of this article deals with Marx about the value as the basis, the main value of class in university is the relations about the members of the class object is the individual, the members of the class group, and from the perspective of social psychology analysis as the object of a class of individual students meet mechanism the college class. From the analysis of the main value is to promote all-round development of students value, this value is mainly reflected in the value of individual student behavior management, organizational power value, psychological value of ownership, motivation value and personality cultivating value. Therefore, the promotion of university class culture value, with the capacity of sustainable development is not only the individual students based on the practical needs of Scientific Outlook on Development post implementation of counselors, is also facing the grim employment situation, establish the student-centered idea To meet the practical needs of students to improve their employability and competitiveness, it is a realistic need for counselors to overcome the current weakening of class value, lack of motivation for class construction and innovation of work.
The college class as the basic form of school, its value not only to be consistent with the requirements of the school, but also to the society under certain historical conditions meet the requirements. The second part summarizes the value of knowledge in China after the founding of the university class in the period of planned economy played by the value of ideological education and management of the original value. The value still exists in the current market economy condition, but there are not personalized teaching and meet the requirements of the society, the value of knowledge innovation, value management tools fully demonstrated, the educational value of management is not enough, the educational value of the proportion of class activities gradually increased, the phenomenon of class life education value proportion is gradually weakening and reason. On the basis of this analysis, following the "student-centered, the value orientation of promoting the all-round development of students" development trend, the value of class should be the value of the class The development of the tool to the purpose, from the closed to the open, from one-sided to comprehensive development.
To strengthen the construction of class collective class is to enhance the value of collective construction, the traditional classes tend to focus on the means of management, students in the subject position, the students lack of motivation to participate in class construction, and even reverse psychology and behavior. In the third part, according to the social psychology research results about group dynamics, according to the development rules of group dynamics from the target group, group norm, group values, team leadership, organization structure, group interaction, and other aspects of external force to explore new ideas of university class construction.
