【摘要】：本文以我国总体就业形势为背景，深刻分析了当前高校毕业的就业形势及特点，在对国内外研究现状进行深入分析的基础上，对我国高校毕业就业的各方面情况进行了研究。 首先从社会总体就业形势入手，简要概述我国当前严峻的就业形势，高校毕业生就业属于社会总体就业的一部分，高校毕业生也面临着就业难的问题，同时分析了自新中国成立以来的我国高校毕业生的就业制度的演化过程，为分析大学生就业政策问题奠定了理论基础。 其次分析了自1999年高校扩招以来，，大学生就业难问题日益突出，影响大学生就业的因素方方面面，高校扩招只是一方面，此外还有大学生的职业技能不能满足用人单位的需要，大学生就业中的结构性失衡问题，学校专业、课程设置不合理，社会、家庭等多方面的因素。深刻分析了大学生就业难原因，从而为解决大学生就业问题提供了针对性参考。 最后系统而全面地分析了解决高校毕业生就业问题的途径，大学生就业事关本人的前途命运，事关社会和谐稳定，各级党委和政府高度重视。应积极发挥政府在高校毕业生就业中的职能作用，积极发展经济以提供更多就业岗位，同时健全相关法律法规来保护大学生就业的合法权益。此外，社会中介机构及组织要切实增强社会责任感，高校要与时俱进进行教学改革，以培养社会急需的人才，家庭及学生本人也要积极努力力争使高校毕业生顺利就业。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of China's overall employment situation, this paper deeply analyzes the current employment situation and characteristics of college graduates. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper makes a study on the various aspects of graduation employment in our country. First of all, starting with the overall employment situation of the society, the paper briefly outlines the grim employment situation in our country. The employment of college graduates is a part of the overall employment of the society, and the university graduates are also faced with the problem of difficult employment. At the same time, this paper analyzes the evolution process of the employment system of college graduates since the founding of New China, which lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the employment policy of college students. Secondly, it analyzes that since the expansion of college enrollment in 1999, the problem of college students' employment has become increasingly prominent, and the factors affecting the employment of college students are all aspects, and the expansion of college enrollment is only one aspect. In addition, the vocational skills of college students cannot meet the needs of employers, the structural imbalance in the employment of college students, the unreasonable setting of school majors, the curriculum, and the society, This paper deeply analyzes the causes of college students' employment difficulties, and provides a targeted reference for solving the employment problems of college students. Finally, it systematically and comprehensively analyzes the ways to solve the employment problem of college graduates. The employment of college students is related to their future and destiny, social harmony and stability. Party committees and governments at all levels attach great importance to it. They should actively give play to the role of the government in the employment of college graduates, actively develop the economy to provide more jobs, and at the same time improve relevant laws and regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of college students in employment. Social intermediary organizations and organizations should strengthen the sense of social responsibility, colleges and universities should keep pace with the times to carry out teaching reform in order to train the talents badly needed by the society, and families and students themselves should also strive to make the graduates of colleges and universities obtain employment smoothly.
