科尔伯格道德哲学及其对我国高校思想政治教育的启示

【摘要】:目前国内外学者大多关注科尔伯格在心理学和教育学方面的研究和实践策略,而对科尔伯格道德哲学的针对性研究较少。为弥补和加强这方面的研究并从中得到其对我国高校思想政治教育的有益启示,论文在前人研究基础上,以此为切入点,先梳理了科尔伯格道德哲学的形成及内容,把握其特点并对其进行简要评价,而后结合我国高校思想政治教育现状和要求,寻求科尔伯格道德哲学对我国高校思想政治教育的有益启示。 科尔伯格道德哲学是劳伦斯科尔伯格(Lawrence Kohlberg)在其学术研究过程中,经过两次“心理学理论-教育实践-哲学反思”的逻辑循环而逐步形成的。它批判地吸收了西方道德哲学中他认为合理的成分,融汇苏格拉底、柏拉图、康德、罗尔斯、哈贝马斯等人的思想精华,继承以杜威为代表的进步主义的认知发展哲学,并结合科尔伯格自身研究结论,自成一家。科尔伯格道德哲学是一种广义的道德哲学,其中既包括进步主义思想的纯理论思辨,也包括元伦理学假设和规范伦理学假设的内容。 研究认为,科尔伯格道德哲学具有四大特点,分别是其道德的价值导向性、主动建构性、原则规定性及形式认知性。另外,科尔伯格道德哲学的贡献和局限并存。其贡献表现在,首先,它继承并发展了进步主义观点;其次,它明确提出了公正首要性原则;最后,它将实证研究引入道德哲学领域,促进了道德哲学的发展。但科尔伯格道德哲学无法解释知情关系,更无法从根本上解决知行问题,这是其局限性所在。 我国高校思想政治教育取得了长足进步,但也存在许多亟待解决的问题。总体看来,科尔伯格道德哲学可以为我国高校思想政治教育提供正反两方面的启示。一方面,,应科学借鉴科尔伯格道德哲学的思想精华,宣扬正确的价值导向,抵制价值相对主义;坚持发展的理念,关注学生个体需要;要加强隐性教育氛围建设,鼓励学生参与实践;要遵循客观规律,设置合理的教育目标和内容。另一方面,要主动克服科尔伯格道德哲学的理论局限,坚持以理服人和以情感人相结合,加强对学生道德意志的培养,以增强其教育的针对性和实效性。
[Abstract]:At present, most scholars at home and abroad pay attention to Colberg's research and practical strategies in psychology and pedagogy. In order to make up for and strengthen the research in this field and get the beneficial enlightenment to the ideological and political education in our country's colleges and universities, the thesis takes this as the breakthrough point on the basis of the previous research. Firstly, it combed the formation and content of Colberg's moral philosophy, grasped its characteristics and evaluated it briefly, and then combined with the current situation and requirements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. To seek the beneficial enlightenment of Colberg's moral philosophy to ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. The moral philosophy of Colberg is Lawrence Colberger, Lawrence Kohlberg, in his academic research. After two logical cycles of "Psychological Theory-Educational practice-philosophical reflection", it critically absorbs what he thinks is reasonable in Western moral philosophy and melts Socrates, Plato, Kant, Rawls, Habermas' thought essence, inherits the progressive cognitive development philosophy represented by Dewey, and combines with Colberg's own research conclusion. Colberg's moral philosophy is a broad sense of moral philosophy. It includes not only the pure theoretical speculation of progressive thought, but also the hypotheses of meta-ethics and normative ethics. The study holds that Colberg's moral philosophy has four characteristics, namely, moral value orientation, active constructivism, principle stipulation and formal cognition. The contribution and limitation of Colberg's moral philosophy coexist. Firstly, it inherits and develops the progressive view; secondly, it clearly puts forward the principle of fairness and primacy; finally, it introduces empirical research into the field of moral philosophy. But Colberg's moral philosophy can not explain the relationship of knowledge, let alone solve the problem of knowing and doing fundamentally, which is its limitation. Although great progress has been made in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China, there are still many problems to be solved. Generally speaking, Colberg's moral philosophy can provide both positive and negative enlightenments for ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. We should learn from the essence of Colberg's moral philosophy, propagate the correct value orientation, resist the value relativism, adhere to the concept of development, pay attention to the individual needs of students, strengthen the construction of hidden education atmosphere and encourage students to participate in practice. On the other hand, we should take the initiative to overcome the theoretical limitations of Colberg's moral philosophy, adhere to the combination of reason and emotion, and strengthen the cultivation of students' moral will. In order to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of its education.
