【摘要】：大学生职业生涯规划是指大学生个人与组织发展相结合，对大学生职业生涯的主客观条件进行测定、分析、总结的基础上，对自己的兴趣、爱好、能力、特点进行综合分析与权衡，结合时代特点，根据自己的职业倾向，确定其最佳的职业奋斗目标，并为实现这一目标做出行之有效的安排。大学生职业生涯设计的目的不只是帮助个人按照自己的资历条件找到一份合适的工作，更重要的是帮助个人真正了解自己，为自己的发展选定方向，筹划未来，向着自己的目标不断地前进。职业生涯规划于20世纪初发源于美国。经过长期发展于80年代成为美国学校教育与心理辅导的一个重要部分，由于其具有指导性、专业性、实用性等特点，在促进高校毕业生顺利就业方面起到了关键作用。当前，我国大学生职业生涯规划教育则还处于起步摸索阶段，主要是因为我国高等教育自建国以来实行的是按计划招生、统招统分的制度。进入20世纪90年代中期，随着毕业生与用人单位“供需见面，双向选择”的就业模式在全国普遍推行，各高校才开始开展就业指导活动。但在当时，各高校的生涯规划指导工作，在内容和对象上都存在着很大程度的局限性和单一性。无论从国际形势还是从我国自身的实际出发，我国大学生职业生涯规划这一课题都具有重大的理论价值和实践意义。对此课题进行深入的研究，不仅有利于完善我国大学生就业指导的理论体系，为我国高等学校和大学生就业指导机构提供理论依据，同时也有利于更加有效地开展职业指导工作，以缓解我国大学生就业压力，促进顺利就业。设计大学生的人生宏伟规划，更加体现了高等学校人才培养的重要意义和实践意义。本课题研究以马克思唯物主义史观为指导，遵循理论与实际相结合的原则，，采用查阅文献、调查统计、比较分析的方法对职业生涯规划的概念界定与理论研究、大学生职业生涯规划的现状及问题分析、大学生职业生涯规划过程设计原则、大学生职业生涯规划过程设计及实现策略等内容进行深入分析和阐述。提出切合目前大学生实际的设计原则及设计方法，希望在学科建设及大学生就业指导方面起到积极作用。
[Abstract]:The career planning of college students refers to the combination of individual and organizational development of college students, the measurement, analysis and summary of the subjective and objective conditions of college students' career, and their own interests, hobbies and abilities. The characteristics of the comprehensive analysis and balance, combined with the characteristics of the times, according to their professional tendencies, determine their best career goals, The purpose of career design for college students is not only to help individuals find a suitable job according to their qualifications, but also to help them really understand themselves. Choose a direction for your development, plan for the future, and continue to move towards your goals. Career planning originated in the United States in the early 20th century. After a long period of development in the 1980s, it became an important part of American school education and psychological counseling, because of its guiding, professional, practical and other characteristics. It has played a key role in promoting the smooth employment of college graduates. At present, the career planning education of college students in China is still in the initial stage of exploration, mainly because the higher education in our country has been recruiting students according to the plan since the founding of the people's Republic of China. In the mid-1990s, with the employment pattern of graduates and employers meeting supply and demand, two-way choice was widely implemented throughout the country, various colleges and universities began to carry out employment guidance activities. But at that time, The guiding work of career planning in colleges and universities is limited and unique to a great extent in content and object. Whether from the international situation or from the reality of our country, the subject of career planning of college students in China has great theoretical value and practical significance. It is not only conducive to perfecting the theoretical system of employment guidance for college students in our country, but also to providing theoretical basis for our universities and college students' employment guidance institutions, and also conducive to more effective work of vocational guidance. In order to alleviate the pressure of employment and promote the smooth employment of college students, designing the grand plan of college students' life reflects the important significance and practical significance of talent training in colleges and universities. Under the guidance of Marxist historical materialism, following the principle of combining theory with practice, this paper uses the methods of consulting literature, investigating statistics and comparing analysis to define and study the concept of career planning. The present situation and problem analysis of college students' career planning, the design principles of college students' career planning process, This paper analyzes and expounds the process design and realization strategy of college students' career planning, and puts forward the design principles and design methods suitable to the actual situation of college students at present, hoping to play an active role in discipline construction and employment guidance for college students.
