基于人口出生率波动的中国高校生源问题探讨

【摘要】：随着我国社会主义市场经济发展,出生率及未来高校生源出现新的变动,当前的教育政策已不适应教育事业进一步发展的需要。本文阐述出生率对高校生源的影响,并进行实证分析,进一步说明出生率将是决定高校生源的基本因素,认为将来中国高等教育必须走向市场化,建议教育部门对高等教育政策进行适时调整,提出对教育事业的资本投资要慎重、人才培养要面向市场需要等政策举措。
[Abstract]:With the development of socialist market economy in our country, the birth rate and the future student source of colleges and universities appear new changes, the current education policy is no longer suitable for the need of the further development of education. This paper expounds the influence of birth rate on the source of college students. The empirical analysis further shows that the birth rate will be the basic factor to determine the source of college students, holds that China's higher education must be market-oriented in the future, and suggests that the education sector should adjust the policy of higher education in due course. This paper puts forward some policy measures such as careful capital investment in education and facing the needs of the market in the training of talents.
