高校节能管理系统建设的研究与实现

【摘要】:国家近几年对高校建设节约型校园越来越重视,节约资源、保护环境是世界各国共同关心的课题,我国高度重视实施可持续的发展战略,明确提出要加快建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会,未来我国国民经济的快速发展将进一步增大资源消耗,加大环境压力,这就要求必须加快转变经济增长方式,大力发展循环经济,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,促进国民经济协调可持续发展,因此,抓好节约型校园建设具有深远的历史意义。根据国家及省市相关政策法规要求,各高校都根据各自的具体情况采取了相应的措施。本文以长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院为研究主体,根据对该校具体情况的分析研究,对校区内节能管理系统进行了总体的设计和布局,并从理论上论证了该系统的必要性、可行性和应用后的实际效果。本文采用理论和实践的相结合的研究方法,通过购买、借阅、网络检索手段收集、整理有关的国内和国际的节能政策、书籍、文件和其他信息,进行定性分析。考察和分析一些学院和大学的各种水电和其他节能措施,根据长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院的具体情况,通过分析利用太阳能、水资源和节能的几种方法,将节能理念融入到校园的建设中,从而实现学校的节能管理系统。论文首先通过对高校节能管理工作的现状和信息化环境下的能源管理进行比较,进而从实际操作、经济效益、社会效益等方面阐述了信息化节能管理系统在高校节能管理中的作用,而这些作用的体现决定了信息化节能管理系统在管理中具有以下五个方面的意义:第一,,先进性;第二,扩充性;第三,实时性;第四,经济性;第五,安全性。从我国节能管理目前的状况看,行业之间、相同行业不同企业之间以及地域之间发展极不平衡,个别企业、院校的信息化节能管理的水平已经发展到了较先进的阶段,而大多数企业、院校刚刚起步。由于这种发展的不均衡,就使得现阶段国内节能管理进程中面临以下五个方面的主要问题:第一,节能管理基础薄弱;第二,整体水平、节能意识不高;第三,急功近利、追求一步到位带来诸多问题;第四,节能管理人员素质较低;第五,新型节能技术运用不够。针对目前各院校节能管理过程中面临的困境,可以从以下几个方面解决:第一,长期规划与持续发展;第二,领导要高度重视、大力支持;第三,用户定制是满足不同管理水平进行节能的保证,信息化节能管理只是手段而不是目的;第四,加大能源再生技术的投入,提高能源使用效率;第五,建立良好的对外协作关系。 通过论文的全面论述和对长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院节能管理系统的总体设计和布局,可以比较清楚的认识到,加大节能管理机构的建设和节能技术的改造,每所高校都可以找到适合自己的节能管理方案,从而实现节约型校园的建设。 综合目前的发展趋势,只要每所高校认真研究,并找到合适的节能管理方案,加大资金投入进行技术改造,就可以产生更大的经济效益和社会效益。更重要的是在建设节约型校园方面意义重大,也能促进学院的长远发展。
[Abstract]:The country in recent years on the construction of conservation oriented campus more and more attention, conserve resources, protect the environment is concerned by all over the world, our country attaches great importance to the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development, put forward to accelerate the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society, the future of the rapid development of our national economy will further increase the consumption of resources, increase the pressure on the environment, this requires that we must accelerate the transformation of economic growth, vigorously develop the circular economy and build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, promote the harmonious and sustainable development of national economy, therefore, pays special attention to the construction of conservation oriented campus has profound historical significance. According to the requirements of national and provincial policies and regulations, all colleges and universities according to their specific circumstances to take the corresponding measures. This paper takes Changsha Commerce and Tourism College as the research subject, according to the specific circumstances of the school. Study on energy management system in the campus are designed and the overall layout, and demonstrates the necessity of the system, the actual effect and feasibility of application. The research methods of this paper, by combining theory and practice through the purchase, loan, retrieval means of collecting network, finishing related domestic and the international energy policy, books, documents and other information, carries on the qualitative analysis. Investigation and analysis of some of the various colleges and universities of hydropower and other energy saving measures, according to the specific circumstances of the Changsha Commerce and Tourism College, through the analysis of the use of solar energy, several methods of water resources and energy saving, energy-saving concept into the construction of campus, in order to achieve energy saving management the system of school. Firstly, the present situation of energy management of campus energy-saving management and informatization environment were compared, and then from the actual The operation, economic benefits, expounds the function of information management system in energy saving and energy saving in the management of social benefits, and reflect the effect determines the information energy management system has the following five aspects: first, the significance in the management of advanced nature; second, expansion; third, real-time; fourth, economy; fifth, safety. From the situation of energy saving management in our country at present, the industry, between different companies of the same industry and regional development is highly unbalanced, individual enterprises, informatization level energy management institutions have developed to an advanced stage, and most of the enterprises, colleges and universities have just started. Because of the development of the equilibrium, makes the main problems facing the following five aspects of the energy management process in China at present: first, the basic energy management is weak; second, the overall level of awareness is not high ; third, quick success, a step in the pursuit of many problems; fourth, the quality of energy management personnel is low; fifth, the use of new energy-saving technology is not enough. According to energy management institutions currently facing difficulties during the process, can be solved from the following aspects: first, long-term planning and sustainable development; second, leaders attach great importance to support; third, user customization is to meet the different management level to ensure energy saving, energy saving management information is only a means and not objective; fourth, increase renewable energy technology investment, improve energy use efficiency; fifth, establish good cooperation with foreign relations.
Through a comprehensive exposition of the Changsha Commerce and Tourism College and the energy management system design and layout, we can see that the transformation of the building energy saving technology and increase energy management institutions, colleges and universities can be found for energy management plan, so as to realize the construction of conservation oriented campus.
According to the current trend of development, as long as each university study seriously, and find such appropriate management plan, increase capital investment for technological transformation, can produce greater economic benefits and social benefits. The more important is of great significance in building a conservation minded campus, also can promote the long-term development of the college.
