网络政治参与中大学生网络素养培育研究

【摘要】：人类追求民主的脚步从未停止，作为民主恒有之义的参与，在因网络信息技术迅速普及而筑造的现代网络政治生活中有了新的发展。源自传统的现实政治参与并与之同存，且更具特色的网络政治参与展现出巨大的优势，伴随世界民主化浪潮蓬勃发展。作为人口数量巨大、网络使用普及率最高，且有着较强的独立意识和批判精神、充满朝气和活力的大学生网民也正以高涨的热情，借助各种网络媒介载体，通过各种各样的形式，，积极参与到网络政治生活中。大学生网络政治参与整体情况良好，然而通过调查研究发现，大学生网络政治参与水平普遍偏低，造成这种情况的因素很多，既有外在宏观层面的制约，也有内在微观层面的影响。其中大学生网络素养缺失是微观层面重要的原因之一，网络素养水平高低与网络政治参与效果之间存在着显著的正相关联系。迫于当前大学生网络政治参与及网络素养水平严峻形势，为适应中国特色社会主义民主政治建设发展的需要，必须依据一定的原则，采取积极有效的措施，加强大学生网络素养培育工作，提升大学生网络政治参与水平，扩大积极健康有序高效的政治参与，推进中国特色社会主义民主政治建设不断向前发展，构建充满民主的社会主义和谐社会。
[Abstract]:The pace of human pursuit of democracy has never stopped. As a permanent and meaningful part of democracy, there has been a new development in the modern network political life built by the rapid popularization of network information technology. And the more characteristic network political participation displays the huge superiority, along with the world democratization tide vigorous development. As the population is huge, the network usage popularization rate is highest, and has the strong independent consciousness and the critical spirit. College students' netizens, full of vigor and vitality, are also actively participating in the network political life with the help of various network media carriers and through various forms. The overall situation of college students' network political participation is good. However, through investigation and research, it is found that the level of college students' network political participation is generally on the low side, which is caused by many factors, including external macro-level constraints. Among them, the lack of network literacy of college students is one of the important reasons for the microcosmic level. There is a significant positive correlation between the level of network literacy and the effect of network political participation. In order to meet the needs of the construction and development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to adopt positive and effective measures according to certain principles, to strengthen the cultivation of college students' network literacy, and to enhance the level of college students' participation in network politics. We should expand the active, healthy and orderly political participation, push forward the construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, and build a harmonious socialist society full of democracy.
