【摘要】：民主政治是人类社会文明的标志之一，，是和谐社会进程中一个划时代的课题。全体公民民主素质的提高，对于政治文明建设和社会主义民主政治的发展具有十分重要的战略意义。作为未来中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，大学生是社会发展的持续动力，是推进社会主义民主政治建设过程中一个不可忽视的重要群体。能否切实提高当代大学生的民主素质水平，关系到我国经济的平稳发展，关系到我国民主政治的不断完善和，关系到整个社会的不断进步。目前，我国大学生在民主能力上还存在差距，特别是在实践中不能很好地接受和实施民主行为。高校学生组织是学校教育有益的、必要的重要载体，是大学生的精神家园，在提高大学生的民主素质方面，有着不可替代的优势和作用，在大学生培养中发挥着重要的作用。随着高校学生组织民主建设的发展，学生的权利意识和民主观念越来越强。通过加强学生组织的民主建设，创造一种民主的生活环境，使大学生得到一定的民主生活体验，对于提高和锻炼当代大学生民主素养和民主能力具有重要的现实意义。本文综合运用了调查问卷调查法、文献分析法、归纳法、比较法等研究方法，对我国高校学生组织的民主建设进行了系统研究。本文回顾了我国高校学生组织的发展历程，提出了当前学生组织民主建设的内容和目标；本文通过问卷和个别访谈相结合，对辽宁省高校学生组织民主建设现状进行了调研，获得了真实可信的第一手材料，进而总结了辽宁高校学生组织民主建设的积极成果，剖析了其存在的问题，并对我国高校学生组织民主建设进行了反思；本文介绍了高校学生组织民主建设的机制，重点对如何加强和完善高校学生组织民主建设进行了方式方法探讨，提出了学生组织的建设模式；本文对国外学生组织的结构、运行、权力模式等民主建设情况进行了概括介绍，同时总结了国外学生组织民主建设对我国学生组织民主建设的启示。结束语中笔者进一步强调了高校学生组织民主建设对于培养大学生民主素质的意义，希望通过校园的民主实践，大学生能够体验民主的规范和规则，接受民主的信念，养成民主的行为习惯，并内化为自己的价值观。总之，学生组织的民主建设的必要性和意义是毋庸质疑的，但却鲜有人把它作为一个理论问题来探讨，在很大程度上尚属一种理论和实践的拓荒性工作。笔者尝试梳理其理论基础、介绍国外的经验、通过调查获得第一手资料，力图从学生的视角找出有借鉴意义和可操作性强的对策。不过，论文对某些问题的研究尚不充分，其中的观点和分析也难免存有不足，还有进一步研究的空间。
[Abstract]:Democracy is one of the symbols of the civilization of human society and an epoch-making subject in the process of harmonious society. As builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future, college students are the continuous driving force of social development, which is of great strategic significance to the construction of political civilization and the development of socialist democracy. It is an important group that can not be ignored in the process of promoting the construction of socialist democratic politics. Whether or not we can effectively improve the democratic quality of contemporary college students has a bearing on the steady development of our economy, on the continuous improvement of democratic politics in our country and on the continuous improvement of democratic politics in our country. It is related to the progress of the whole society. At present, there is still a gap in the democratic ability of college students in our country, especially in practice, the democratic behavior can not be accepted and implemented well. The necessary important carrier is the spiritual home of college students, which has irreplaceable advantages and functions in improving the democratic quality of college students, and plays an important role in the cultivation of college students. By strengthening the democratic construction of student organizations and creating a democratic living environment, college students can get a certain experience of democratic life. It has important practical significance for improving and training the democratic accomplishment and ability of contemporary college students. This paper makes a systematic study on the democratic construction of college students' organizations in our country by means of questionnaire survey, literature analysis, induction and comparison, and reviews the development of student organizations in colleges and universities in China. This paper puts forward the contents and goals of the current construction of student organization democracy, through the combination of questionnaire and individual interviews, the author investigates the present situation of student organization democracy construction in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, and obtains the real and credible first-hand materials. Then it summarizes the positive results of the democratic construction of college students' organization in Liaoning Province, analyzes its existing problems, and reflects on the construction of democratic organization of students' organizations in colleges and universities in China, and introduces the mechanism of the construction of democratic organization of students' organizations in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on how to strengthen and perfect the democratic construction of college students' organization, and puts forward the construction mode of student organization. The situation of democratic construction, such as the mode of power, is introduced briefly. At the same time, the author summarizes the enlightenment of the foreign student organization democracy construction to our country student organization democracy construction. In the concluding remarks, the author further emphasizes the significance of the university student organization democracy construction to cultivate the university student democratic quality. It is hoped that through the practice of democracy on campus, college students can experience the norms and rules of democracy, accept democratic beliefs, develop democratic behavior habits, and internalize their own values. In short, the necessity and significance of the democratic construction of student organizations is beyond doubt, but few people discuss it as a theoretical issue. To a large extent, it is still a pioneering work of theory and practice. The author tries to sort out its theoretical basis, introduce the experience of foreign countries, and obtain first-hand information through investigation. This paper tries to find out some useful and operable countermeasures from the perspective of the students. However, the research on some problems in this paper is not enough, and the viewpoints and analysis are still insufficient, and there is room for further study.
