高校实验室管理的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：高校实验室作为高等学校进行实践教学、科学研究的主要基地，是整个教学体系的重要组成部分。高校实验室管理工作是高等学校管理工作的重要组成部分，是高校教学、科研工作的基础。本文在相关理论研究的基础上，分析了当前高校实验室管理工作的现状和特点，，就当前高校实验室管理工作中存在的几个问题进行了探讨，并提出了相应的对策。论文共分为四章。第一章绪论。提出了选题的意义，对相关概念进行界定、简述了课题研究的意义、难点和方法。第二章阐述了相关理论。包括：高校实验室管理相关理论，主要介绍了高校实验室管理的含义、重要性、任务和原则、实验室管理的发展现状及主要内容。同时还介绍了国外高校实验室的相关管理经验。第三章着重分析了在高校改革的迫切要求下，当前高校实验室管理工作中存在的主要问题及其成因分析。第四章以“推进高校实验室管理的主要对策”为题，提出了当前高校实验室管理应以为高等教育更好的服务为主要目的，以多出人才、多出高水平科研成果为主要目标，提出了强化高校实验室规章制度管理；加强实验教学的科学管理，建立实验教学的新体系；同时应努力加强实验室师资队伍的建设；力求实验室的全面开放；实验室的环境建设也必须跟得上高等教学改革这一形势发展需要等一系列措施。
[Abstract]:As the main base of practical teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, the laboratory management in colleges and universities is an important part of the whole teaching system. The management of laboratories in colleges and universities is an important part of the management of colleges and universities, and it is also an important part of teaching in colleges and universities. On the basis of relevant theoretical research, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of laboratory management in colleges and universities, and probes into several problems existing in the management of laboratories in colleges and universities. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the significance of choosing the topic, defines the related concepts, and briefly describes the significance, difficulties and methods of the research. Chapter two expounds the relevant theories, including: the related theories of laboratory management in colleges and universities. This paper mainly introduces the meaning, importance, task and principle of laboratory management in colleges and universities. The present situation and main contents of laboratory management are also introduced. At the same time, the related management experiences of foreign universities and colleges are introduced. Chapter three focuses on the analysis of the urgent requirements of the reform of colleges and universities. The main problems existing in the laboratory management in colleges and universities and their causes are analyzed. The fourth chapter is entitled "the main Countermeasures to promote the Laboratory Management in Colleges and Universities". This paper puts forward that the main purpose of laboratory management in colleges and universities should be to serve higher education better, to increase the number of talents and the high level of scientific research achievement as the main goal, and to strengthen the management of laboratory rules and regulations in colleges and universities. We should strengthen the scientific management of experimental teaching and establish a new system of experimental teaching, at the same time, we should make great efforts to strengthen the construction of laboratory teachers and strive for the overall opening of laboratory. The environmental construction of the laboratory must also keep up with the development of higher education reform and other measures.
