民办高校育人环境的改善和周边环境治理工作研究

【摘要】：进入新世纪以来,民办高校如雨后春笋般发展起来,它们的发展,为我国高等教育的发展做出了巨大的贡献,为现代化建设培养了数以万计的优秀的高等教育人才,有效缓解了我国一直以来高等教育的压力。然而目前,有些民办高校蒸蒸日上有些民办高校则已经经受不住时间的考验,逐渐淡出人们的视线。原因很多,比如有些民办高校不尊重办学规律,违背教育自身存在的规律性；再如有些民办高校在办学过程中过度追求利益最大化,擅自减少课时,忽略教学效果等；这些都导致它们在发展过程中出现这样或那样的问题。但同时,校园内外育人环境方面存在的缺陷和问题也是导致这些民办高校不能持久发展的重要原因之一。对于这一问题,有些民办高校已经认识到其重要性,有些民办高校则不以为然,忽视校内育人环境的改善和校园周边环境的综合治理,在校内育人环境建设和校园周边环境综合治理方面都存在着这样或那样的问题。对民办高校育人环境的改善和校园周边综合治理工作的加强进行研究,一方面可以为民办高校大学生提供一个良好的学习生活环境,保证师生人身财产的安全,同时也可以进一步加强民办高校的办学效率,提高办学质量,缓解我国高等教育的压力,为社会建设培养出更多更合格的现代化建设人才,使其更好地发挥民办高等教育的作用。针对以上这些问题,本文主要分为以下几个部分进行论述：第一章绪论部分。该部分主要探讨本问题的研究目的和意义,研究现状以及研究的主要内容、研究思路和研究方法等。第二章探讨高校育人环境的改善和校园周边环境综合治理理论综述,分别介绍国内外的经典作家关于环境对人才成长的理论,并且分别具体分析校园环境及校园周边环境对大学生成长成才的重要意义。第三章探讨民办高校校园育人环境与周边环境现状与制约因素。分别探讨民办高校校园内外育人环境建设的现状及其制约因素,为寻求加强文化建设的对策奠定基础。第四章探讨民办高校育人环境的改善和校园周边环境综合治理的对策与建议,针对校内外环境建设方面存在的不同问题,寻求不同的解决办法,提出解决问题的有效途径。最后是结语部分,对全文的主要观点和研究结论进行简要的总结和归纳。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, private colleges and universities have mushroomed. Their development has made great contributions to the development of higher education in our country, and has trained tens of thousands of outstanding talents in higher education for the modernization drive. It has effectively alleviated the pressure of higher education in our country all along. However, at present, some private colleges and universities are thriving and some private colleges and universities have been unable to withstand the test of time and have gradually faded out of people's sight. There are many reasons. For example, some private colleges and universities do not respect the law of running a school, violate the law of education itself, and for example, some private colleges and universities excessively pursue the maximization of benefits in the course of running a school, reduce the class hours without authorization, and ignore the teaching effect, etc. These all lead to problems of one kind or another in the course of their development. However, at the same time, the deficiencies and problems in the educational environment inside and outside the campus are also one of the important reasons for the unsustainable development of these private colleges and universities. Some private colleges and universities have realized their importance, while others have ignored the improvement of their educational environment and the comprehensive management of the surrounding environment of their campuses. There are some problems in the construction of the educational environment and the comprehensive management of the surrounding environment of the campus. The improvement of the educational environment of the private universities and the strengthening of the comprehensive management work around the campus are studied. On the one hand, it can provide a good learning and living environment for private college students, and ensure the safety of teachers and students' personal property. The second chapter discusses the improvement of the educational environment in colleges and universities and the comprehensive management of the campus surrounding environment theory, respectively introducing the domestic and foreign classical writers on the growth of talent environment theory, And analyzes the importance of campus environment and campus surrounding environment to the growth of college students. The third chapter discusses the current situation and restrictive factors of the campus education environment and the surrounding environment in private colleges and universities, respectively, and discusses the present situation and the restrictive factors of the education environment in and out of the private colleges and universities, so as to lay a foundation for seeking the countermeasures to strengthen the cultural construction. The fourth chapter discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the educational environment and comprehensive management of the campus surrounding environment in private colleges and universities. Aiming at the different problems existing in the environmental construction inside and outside the university, the author seeks different solutions and puts forward effective ways to solve the problems. The last part is the conclusion, the main points and conclusions of the paper are summarized and summarized briefly.
