【摘要】：当前中国正正在发生着广泛而深刻的变革,我国已经进入了改革发展的关键时期,社会的各个层面都在进行自身的调整与转轨。集中体现为“四个深刻变化”,即经济体制深刻变革,社会结构深刻变动,利益格局深刻调整,思想观念深刻变化。在当前改革发展关键时期的背景下,在新的就业形势下,大学生就业问题成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。“四个深刻变化”对大学生的择业观产生了重要的影响,大学生择业观呈现出一些新的特点和发展趋势。正确的择业观是大学生顺利就业的前提和保证。引导大学生树立科学、成熟的择业观是新形势下促进就业的一项艰巨任务。本文深刻解读“四个深刻变化”对大学生择业观的影响,并在此基础上,为“四个深刻变化”背景下大学生择业观问题提出针对性、时效性、可操作性强的对策建议。本文分为四个部分。第一部分：引言,对文章基本情况进行概述。包括本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究思路和研究方法以及创新之处。第二部分：对“四个深刻变化”理论体系进行深刻解读；基于社会学、教育学、心理学等学科背景,阐述了大学生择业观的内涵,分析了大学生择业观的特征与功能。第三部分：深入探讨“四个深刻变化”对大学生择业观的影响。本部分深刻分析了“四个深刻变化”的每一个方而对大学生择业观的影响,在阐述带来的积极影响的同时,也分析了消极的影响,对“四个深刻变化”影响下的大学生择业观现状有了清晰的了解,同时也扩展了大学生择业观影响因素研究的深度和广度。第四部分：提出“四个深刻变化”背景下大学生择业观问题的对策研究。主要从客观地看待当今“四个深刻变化”背景下的就业形势,正确认识自我,树立正确的择业观念；加强当代大学生的择业观教育；充分发挥社会的客观保障作用这三个方而提出对策,力求为高校大学生的择业思想与择业行为提供一些合理化的建议,促进大学生顺利就业,使他们早日成为社会有用之才。

This paper is divided into four parts.
