【摘要】:当前中国正正在发生着广泛而深刻的变革,我国已经进入了改革发展的关键时期,社会的各个层面都在进行自身的调整与转轨。集中体现为“四个深刻变化”,即经济体制深刻变革,社会结构深刻变动,利益格局深刻调整,思想观念深刻变化。在当前改革发展关键时期的背景下,在新的就业形势下,大学生就业问题成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。“四个深刻变化”对大学生的择业观产生了重要的影响,大学生择业观呈现出一些新的特点和发展趋势。正确的择业观是大学生顺利就业的前提和保证。引导大学生树立科学、成熟的择业观是新形势下促进就业的一项艰巨任务。本文深刻解读“四个深刻变化”对大学生择业观的影响,并在此基础上,为“四个深刻变化”背景下大学生择业观问题提出针对性、时效性、可操作性强的对策建议。 本文分为四个部分。第一部分:引言,对文章基本情况进行概述。包括本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究思路和研究方法以及创新之处。第二部分:对“四个深刻变化”理论体系进行深刻解读;基于社会学、教育学、心理学等学科背景,阐述了大学生择业观的内涵,分析了大学生择业观的特征与功能。第三部分:深入探讨“四个深刻变化”对大学生择业观的影响。本部分深刻分析了“四个深刻变化”的每一个方而对大学生择业观的影响,在阐述带来的积极影响的同时,也分析了消极的影响,对“四个深刻变化”影响下的大学生择业观现状有了清晰的了解,同时也扩展了大学生择业观影响因素研究的深度和广度。第四部分:提出“四个深刻变化”背景下大学生择业观问题的对策研究。主要从客观地看待当今“四个深刻变化”背景下的就业形势,正确认识自我,树立正确的择业观念;加强当代大学生的择业观教育;充分发挥社会的客观保障作用这三个方而提出对策,力求为高校大学生的择业思想与择业行为提供一些合理化的建议,促进大学生顺利就业,使他们早日成为社会有用之才。
[Abstract]:At present, China is undergoing extensive and profound changes. China has entered a critical period of reform and development. All levels of society are undergoing their own adjustment and transformation. They are embodied in the "four profound changes", namely, profound changes in the economic system, profound changes in the social structure, and profound adjustments in the pattern of interests. The mature view of job selection is an arduous task to promote employment under the new situation. This paper deeply interprets the influence of "four profound changes" on college students' view of employment, and on this basis, This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for college students' view of employment under the background of "four profound changes", such as pertinence, timeliness and maneuverability. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part: introduction, the overview of the basic situation of the article, including the research background, research significance, research status, The second part: the profound interpretation of the "four profound changes" theoretical system, based on the sociology, pedagogy, psychology and other disciplines background, elaborated the connotation of college students' view of career selection. This part analyzes the characteristics and functions of college students' view of choosing jobs. While expounding the positive effects, it also analyzes the negative effects, and has a clear understanding of the present situation of college students' view of choosing jobs under the influence of "four profound changes". At the same time, it also expands the depth and breadth of the research on the influencing factors of college students' view of employment. The fourth part: put forward the countermeasure research of college students' view of employment under the background of "four profound changes". The employment situation in the context of profound changes, To correctly understand oneself, to set up the correct concept of choosing a job, to strengthen the education of contemporary college students' view of employment, to give full play to the objective safeguard function of society, and to put forward countermeasures, This paper tries to provide some reasonable suggestions for college students' career choice thought and behavior, to promote the smooth employment of college students, and to make them become useful talents in the society as soon as possible.
