【摘要】：当今世界竞争日趋激烈,其中人才的竞争成为竞争的热点和焦点。要提高我国高等教育的竞争力,为社会经济的蓬勃发展和现代化建设顺利开展培养高素质全面发展的合格人才,就必须加强大学生的综合素质培养。综合素质培养是以全面提高大学生的思想道德品质、科学文化素质、专业素质、身心素质和有效培养当代大学生实践创新能力为主要内容的培养活动,在此过程中始终把大学生自身综合素质结构的完善与提高作为根本任务,从整体上提高高校人才培养的质量。随着高等教育制度的不断改革和完善,大学生的综合素质培养虽然有了一定的改善和提高,但仍存在着许多不适应社会经济发展的问题和缺陷。如何克服缺陷、解决问题,培养大学生的综合素质已成为中国高校教育改革事业的当务之急。 针对以上背景,本文首先阐释了关于我国当代大学生综合素质的基本概念及我国当代大学生综合素质的相关理论等。解释了素质的含义以及我国当代大学生综合素质的内涵。阐明了培养我国当代大学生综合素质的原则。紧接着介绍了马克思、恩格斯等关于这一问题提出的具代表性的理论观点,并阐述了本论文的基本理论依据,即我国当代大学生综合素质培养问题提出的理论支撑。其次分析了我国当代大学生综合素质培养现状、培养过程当中存在的问题及原因,并针对这些问题,结合问题产生的原因,最终给出了培养我国当代大学生综合素质的对策,提出了我国当代大学生综合素质培养的实践途径。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition in the world is becoming more and more fierce, among which the competition for talents has become the hot spot and focus of the competition. In order to improve the competitiveness of higher education in our country, For the vigorous development of social economy and the smooth development of modernization, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality of college students, which is to improve the ideological and moral quality of college students in an all-round way. Scientific and cultural quality, professional quality, physical and mental quality and effective cultivation of the practical and innovative ability of contemporary college students are the main contents of the training activities. In the process, the perfection and improvement of the comprehensive quality structure of college students is always regarded as the fundamental task. With the continuous reform and improvement of the higher education system, the comprehensive quality training of college students has been improved and improved to a certain extent. However, there are still many problems and defects that do not adapt to the development of social economy. How to overcome the defects, solve the problems and cultivate the comprehensive quality of college students has become the urgent task of the educational reform in Chinese universities. In view of the above background, This paper first explains the basic concept of the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students in China and the relevant theories of the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students in our country, and explains the meaning of the quality and the connotation of the comprehensive quality of the contemporary college students in our country. To understand the principles of cultivating the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students in China. Engels and others put forward the representative theoretical point of view on this issue, and elaborated the basic theoretical basis of this paper, That is, the theoretical support of the comprehensive quality cultivation of contemporary college students in China. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of the comprehensive quality cultivation of contemporary college students in China, the problems and reasons in the process of cultivation, and aims at these problems. Combined with the causes of the problems, this paper finally puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate the comprehensive quality of the contemporary college students in China, and puts forward the practical ways of cultivating the comprehensive qualities of the contemporary college students in our country.
