高等教育数学信息化资源管理方法的研究

【摘要】：现代的信息技术在改变教育模式的同时也促使大量数字教育资源的出现，目前这些以指数级数增长的、多样的教育资源由于缺少统一的资源管理标准，教师与学生无法准确、高效地利用这些教育资源，使得这些资源没有完全的发挥出它们的作用。为此，本文从高等教育教学资源管理的角度，借鉴了国家对教育资源分类的标准，，提出了更为细化的相关教育资源分类标准。采用基于知识管理的方法对高等教育资源进行管理，并对其中的关键技术数据格式转换的方法进行了研究。在各高校都大力推进数字化校园建设的背景下，该管理方法将会加速高校教育信息化的进程，降低资源的开发成本，提高资源利用率，使资源发挥的作用最大化。具体研究内容如下：从现代教育教学中的资源入手，研究相关教学资源的分类与特点，并以此作为管理的对象。在现有教育教学资源分类基础上，将教育教学资源分类细化。在研究教育资源建设规范及相应信息技术的基础上，总结了教育信息资源整合的基本原则和整合原理，并采用基于知识管理的高等教育教学资源的管理方法。给出了对教学资源的分类标准语。介绍了知识获取、知识分类、知识组织、知识定位、知识共享/传递、知识创新和知识评价的整个过程。由于产生或者标准的不同，导致音频资源而出现多种多样的数据存储格式。为此，研究了统一的音频数据格式转换方法。制定“规则的规则”，即给出音频数据资源的描述标准，并以此为依据，对音频数据进行描述，从而进行数据的格式转换。设计并开发了基于知识管理的高等教育教学资源管理系统。该系统实现对教学资源的管理。该系统的实现，验证了本文研究方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Modern information technology not only changes the educational model, but also promotes the emergence of a large number of digital educational resources. At present, these educational resources, which increase exponentially, are unable to be accurate because of the lack of a unified resource management standard. Efficient use of these educational resources, so that these resources do not fully play their role. Therefore, from the perspective of the management of teaching resources in higher education, this paper draws lessons from the national standards for the classification of educational resources. A more detailed classification standard of educational resources is put forward. The method based on knowledge management is used to manage the resources of higher education. Under the background of promoting the construction of digital campus, the management method will accelerate the process of university education informatization and reduce the development cost of resources. Starting with the resources in modern education and teaching, this paper studies the classification and characteristics of relevant teaching resources, and takes them as the objects of management. In this paper, the uniform method of audio data format conversion is studied. The system realizes the management of teaching resources in higher education. The realization of the system verifies the feasibility of the research method in this paper.
