项目管理方法在A学院青年教师培训中的应用研究

【摘要】：高校建设的基础在于拥有一支具有较高学术素养、有开阔的研究视野、有较前沿的学术研究成果、教学技艺精湛的教师队伍。当前青年教师已经成为我国高校教师队伍的主力军,加强青年教师培训,帮助青年教师健康成长,不仅是青年教师自身发展的需要,更是高校教育事业发展的需要。项目管理具有系统的管理过程和方法,在青年教师培训中加以应用有一定的意义。本文首先根据高校青年教师培训相关理论和实践,结合项目管理的理论和方法,分析了在青年教师培训中运用项目管理的必要性和可行性。在此基础上,本文将项目管理的过程理论和青年教师培训的过程相结合,建立了包括启动、计划、实施、控制、评估五个阶段的青年教师培训项目管理的过程模型,并以A学院为具体分析对象,较为详尽地分析了其青年教师培训项目现状及存在的主要问题,结合所提出的项目管理过程模型,深入探讨了在该学院青年教师培训中的具体应用。
[Abstract]:The foundation of the construction of colleges and universities lies in having a higher academic literacy, a broad research horizon, and more advanced academic research results. At present, young teachers have become the main force of the contingent of teachers in colleges and universities in our country. Strengthening the training of young teachers and helping young teachers to grow healthily are not only the needs of the development of young teachers themselves. The project management has the systematic management process and the method, and has the certain significance in the young teacher training. Based on the theory and practice of the training of young teachers in colleges and universities and the theory and method of project management, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of applying project management in the training of young teachers. In this paper, the process theory of project management and the process of young teacher training are combined, and a process model including start-up, plan, implementation, control and evaluation is established. Taking College A as the concrete analysis object, this paper analyzes in detail the present situation and the main problems of the training project for young teachers, combined with the proposed project management process model. This paper probes into the concrete application in the training of young teachers in this college.
