高等教育质量标准的特性研究

【摘要】:目前提高质量已成为我国高等教育改革发展的核心任务,作为评价质量优劣与否的度量衡,质量标准的建立就显得尤为重要。然而我国当前尚未制定出科学、合理的高等教育质量国家标准,这是我国高教界面临的一大难点,同时也成为制约我国高等教育发展的原因之一。称其为难点,是因为高等教育自从象牙塔中走出,就已割不断与外界千丝万缕的联系,越来越多的高等教育利益相关者对质量发出了各自的呼声,加之高等教育机构的愈发复杂性等原因,,使得高等教育质量标准的制定更是难上加难。 我国高等教育已到了“以质量为核心,以标准为抓手”的发展时段。关于高等教育质量标准相关问题研究的困境对提高高等教育质量等后续问题产生了阻碍。缘于此,本文对高等教育质量标准的特性进行了深入的分析,诸如对质量标准的一元性与多元性;绝对性与相对性;稳定性与发展性;先验性与后验性,预设性和外在性及其关系的研究,以期为制定高等教育质量标准提供启示作用。其最终目的就是为了促进高等教育事业的和谐发展,不断探索培养高质量人才的佳境,使高等教育事业更加符合时代发展的潮流。 第一部分引言。阐述了论文的研究缘起、研究意义、研究思路、研究方法以及相关概念界定。 第二部分对高等教育质量标准特性研究的现状进行了分析。分别对高等教育质量研究的简况,国内外有关高等教育质量的相关研究,以及高等教育质量标准的相关研究作了深入的分析,并且对已有研究进行了评述。这为论文的主体部分奠定了坚实的理论基础。 第三部分是对我国当前高等教育利益相关者的质量诉求分析。此部分以文献研究法与访谈法相结合的方式,分别从政府、社会、高校、受教育者四个方面对高等教育利益相关者的质量诉求进行了分析。为接下来探析高等教育质量标准的特性研究埋下了伏笔。 第四部分,主要论述高等教育质量标准的特性。诸如高等教育质量标准为什么具有一元性、多元性,以及两者之间的关系是什么;又为什么具有绝对性与相对性,稳定性与发展性,先验性与后验性,预设性和外在性等相关问题进行了深入的分析。 第五部分是论文的结语部分。
[Abstract]:At present, improving the quality has become the core task of the reform and development of our country's higher education. As a measure to evaluate the quality, it is particularly important to establish the quality standard. The reasonable national standard of higher education quality is one of the most difficult problems faced by the higher education circles in our country, and it also becomes one of the reasons that restrict the development of higher education in our country. It is called the difficulty because higher education has come out from the ivory tower. In view of the incessant ties with the outside world, more and more higher education stakeholders have issued their own voices on quality, coupled with the increasing complexity of higher education institutions, and so on. So that the establishment of higher education quality standards is even more difficult. China's higher education has reached the development stage of "quality as the core, standards as the starting point". The dilemma of the research on the quality standards of higher education has hindered the further problems such as improving the quality of higher education. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of quality standards in higher education, such as the monism and pluralism of quality standards; absoluteness and relativity; stability and development; transcendence and posteriority. The study of presupposition and externality and its relationship, in order to provide enlightenment for the establishment of quality standard of higher education, its ultimate purpose is to promote the harmonious development of higher education, and to continuously explore the good environment of cultivating high-quality talents. Make the cause of higher education more in line with the trend of development of the times. The first part introduces the origin, significance, train of thought, research methods and the definition of related concepts. The second part analyzes the current situation of the research on the characteristics of the quality standards of higher education, and gives a brief account of the research on the quality of higher education, as well as the related studies on the quality of higher education at home and abroad. And the related research on the quality standard of higher education has been deeply analyzed, and the existing research has been reviewed, which has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the main part of the thesis. The third part is the quality appeal analysis of the current higher education stakeholders in our country. This part combines the literature research method with the interview method, respectively from the government, the society, the university, The educatee analyzes the quality demands of higher education stakeholders from four aspects, which lays the groundwork for further research on the characteristics of higher education quality standards. The fourth part mainly discusses the characteristics of higher education quality standards, such as why higher education quality standards are unitary, pluralistic, and what is the relationship between them, and why they are absolute and relative. Stability and development, priori and posteriori, presupposition and externality are deeply analyzed. The fifth part is the conclusion of the thesis.
