当代我国大学生道德责任教育研究

【摘要】:道德责任是一切道德价值的真正基础,人是在不断践行道德责任的过程中逐渐走向成熟,社会也是在不断落实责任的过程中日益趋于完善,道德责任存在于人类社会生活的方方面面,是人类延续和社会发展不可或缺的精神支撑力量。然而,在复杂的社会环境和重智轻德的应试教育等多重背景因素的影响下,部分大学生精神信仰迷失、人生理想荒芜,道德行为失范现象时有发生,道德责任现状不容乐观。作为社会风气的引领者和未来建设祖国的中坚力量,大学生道德责任水平不仅关系到自身健康人格的形成,更关乎中华民族的长远发展,选择将当代我国大学生道德责任教育问题作为研究主题,既是基于道德责任对于人类而言所具有的重要意义,又是源于目前令人堪忧的大学生道德责任水平及高校道德责任教育现状。 具体而言,本研究主要分为四个章节对大学生道德责任教育问题进行阐述和论证:第一章节主要是在明晰研究背景及选题意义的基础上,将国内外关于大学生道德责任教育问题的相关研究进行了系统的文献整理及概述,明确了研究方法的选择及研究中的创新和不足;第二章节论证重点主要集中于对责任、道德责任、道德责任教育及大学生道德责任教育等相关概念的界定上,以及对道德责任教育意义和价值的阐释上;第三章的核心内容在于,通过列举部分大学生自我、家庭、社会等方面道德责任缺失的表现,深挖高校道德责任教育在教育目标、教育内容、教育方式等方面存在的诸多积弊,进而提出当代我国大学生道德责任教育现状的形成与高校过重的功利化倾向,过轻的传统文化熏陶以及忽视学生德育中的主体性地位等息息相关;第四章分别从继承传统文化与借鉴国外道德教育理论两方面入手,分析探索提高当代我国大学生道德责任教育实效性的对策建议。 在高校道德教育的体系框架内,本研究的主要目的在于探求一种基于孝道思想与道德教育相结合的思考范式,并且将之与西方道德教育理论、经验相结合,从而切实提高大学生道德责任教育的实效。据此,本研究的主要结论和对策建议在于:高扬人文精神,树立正确的大学生道德责任教育观;以孝入教,分层次、循序渐进开展大学生道德责任教育;以生为本,建立民主平等的现代师生关系;融合中西,兼采众长,探索大学生道德责任教育新途径。
[Abstract]:Moral responsibility is the real foundation of all moral values. People are gradually maturing in the process of constantly practicing moral responsibility, and society is becoming more and more perfect in the process of continuously implementing responsibility.Moral responsibility exists in all aspects of human social life, and is an indispensable spiritual support for human continuation and social development.However, under the influence of many background factors, such as complex social environment and examination-oriented education, some college students lost their spiritual beliefs, lost their ideal in life, lost their moral behavior, and the present situation of moral responsibility is not optimistic.As the leader of social ethos and the backbone of the future construction of the motherland, the level of moral responsibility of college students is not only related to the formation of their own healthy personality, but also related to the long-term development of the Chinese nation.Choosing the moral responsibility education of contemporary college students as the research theme is not only the important significance of moral responsibility for human beings, but also the importance of moral responsibility.It is also derived from the current level of moral responsibility of college students and the current situation of moral responsibility education in colleges and universities.Specifically, this research is divided into four chapters to expound and demonstrate the moral responsibility education of college students. The first chapter is mainly based on the clarity of the research background and the significance of the topic.The related researches on moral responsibility education of college students at home and abroad are systematically summarized, and the selection of research methods and the innovations and deficiencies in the research are clarified. The second chapter focuses on responsibility.The definition of moral responsibility, moral responsibility education and moral responsibility education of college students, as well as the explanation of the meaning and value of moral responsibility education.Social and other aspects of the lack of moral responsibility, in-depth exploration of the moral responsibility education in colleges and universities in the educational objectives, educational content, educational methods and other aspects of the existence of a number of shortcomings,Furthermore, it is pointed out that the formation of the present situation of moral responsibility education of college students in contemporary China is closely related to the tendency of excessive utilitarianism in colleges and universities, the light influence of traditional culture and the neglect of the subjective position of students in moral education.The fourth chapter analyzes the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of moral responsibility education of college students in contemporary China from the aspects of inheriting traditional culture and drawing on foreign moral education theories.Within the framework of the system of moral education in colleges and universities, the main purpose of this study is to explore a thinking paradigm based on the combination of filial piety and moral education, and to combine it with western moral education theory and experience.So as to improve the effectiveness of moral responsibility education for college students.Accordingly, the main conclusions and suggestions of this study are as follows: to promote humanistic spirit, to establish a correct view of moral responsibility education of college students; to take filial piety into religion, step by step to carry out moral responsibility education for college students;To establish a democratic and equal modern teacher-student relationship, to integrate Chinese and Western, and to explore a new way of moral responsibility education for college students.
