学院发展与牛津大学导师制的形成

【摘要】：导师制作为一项基础的本科教学制度,为牛津大学教学质量的提升提供了有力保障。在牛津大学,导师制是伴随着学院的建立和发展而逐渐形成的。学院的形成是导师教学得以产生的基本前提,学院的本科化发展促使导师教学向制度化模式转变。伴随本科生数量的快速增长,各学院普遍实施了导师制。
[Abstract]:Tutor production is a basic undergraduate teaching system, and provides a strong guarantee for the improvement of teaching quality in Oxford University.At Oxford University, the tutoring system was gradually formed with the establishment and development of the college.The formation of colleges is the basic premise of the emergence of tutors' teaching, and the undergraduate development of the colleges promotes the transformation of tutors' teaching to the institutionalized mode.With the rapid growth of the number of undergraduate students, colleges have generally implemented the tutorial system.
