【摘要】:研究女大学生职业价值观及其教育既可以让教育者更好地把握女大学生职业价值观发展的规律和特点,提高职业价值观教育的针对性和实效性;又能帮助女大学生找准职业目标、确定职业发展方向、做出职业规划、增强就业核心竞争力,促进女大学生充分就业。 调查显示,当前女大学生的职业理想、就业动机、择业观念、就业心理、职业道德观念以及职业规划意识既表现出积极、健康、向上、务实的发展趋势,同时又存在着一些问题。当前女大学生职业价值观具有功利性与务实性、矛盾性与依赖性、被动性与从众性、主导性与多元性等特点。 当前女大学生职业价值观存在问题的原因主要是社会经济转型带来的价值偏差、部分落后传统观念的影响、当前高校有关教育效果不佳、家庭教育环境不优的消极影响、同辈群体不良偏好的潜移默化,,以及女大学生个体身心发展状况等;这些问题的存在不利于女大学生充分就业和全面发展,不利于高等教育的可持续发展,也不利于女性人才资源的合理配置。 要教育和引导女大学生树立正确的职业价值观。为此,女大学生职业价值观教育要坚持以人为本、理论与实践相结合、情感性、开放性、差异性的原则。要重视对女大学生的职业理想教育、职业规划意识教育、择业观念教育、职业道德教育、就业心理辅导及就业技能指导。同时,还要运用多种教育途径,具体包括:改进高校职业价值观教育,改善家庭教育环境,形成社会教育合力,加强女大学生自我教育。
[Abstract]:The study of female college students' vocational values and their education can not only make educators better grasp the rules and characteristics of the development of female college students' professional values, but also improve the pertinence and effectiveness of vocational values education.It can also help female college students to find the correct career goal, determine the direction of career development, make career planning, enhance the core competitiveness of employment, and promote the female college students to be fully employed.The survey shows that female college students' career ideal, employment motivation, career choice concept, employment psychology, professional ethics concept and career planning consciousness have shown a positive, healthy, upward and pragmatic development trend.At the same time, there are some problems.At present, the vocational values of female college students are characterized by utilitarianism and practicality, contradiction and dependence, passivity and conformity, dominance and pluralism.The main reasons for the problems in the vocational values of female college students are the value deviation brought by the social and economic transformation, the influence of some backward traditional ideas, the negative effects of the poor educational effect in colleges and universities, and the unfavorable family education environment.The unfavorable preference of the peer group and the individual physical and mental development of female college students, etc., are not conducive to the full employment and overall development of female college students, and to the sustainable development of higher education.It is also not conducive to the rational allocation of female talent resources.We should educate and guide female college students to set up correct professional values.Therefore, the vocational value education of female college students should adhere to the principles of people-oriented, theory and practice, emotion, openness and difference.Attention should be paid to vocational ideal education, career planning consciousness education, career choice concept education, professional ethics education, employment psychological guidance and employment skill guidance for female college students.At the same time, we should use a variety of educational approaches, including: to improve the vocational values education in colleges and universities, to improve the family education environment, to form the social education force, and to strengthen the self-education of female college students.
