国际商务人才培养制约因素与对策

【摘要】：在我国新时期的教学改革中,如何科学有效的培养国际型商务人才是一个极其复杂的教学课题。尤其是在新课改的背景下,加强学生的交流沟通能力,提高学生的外语综合能力以及增强学生的全球化视野是培养国际型商务人才必不可缺的三大要素。然而在我国目前的教学体系与环境中,学生往往缺乏一定的全球化视野。同时,教师的教学方法难以创新,教学体制的被动与守旧使得学生的学习积极性降低,综合能力也得不到提升。因此,本文就在此基础上重点分析国际型商务人才培养的制约因素,并采取科学有效的对策改善现状,使其得到进一步发展。
[Abstract]:In the teaching reform of our country in the new period, how to train international business talents scientifically and effectively is an extremely complicated teaching subject.Especially in the context of the new curriculum reform, strengthening students' communication skills, improving students' foreign language comprehensive ability and enhancing students' global vision are the three essential elements to train international business talents.However, in China's current teaching system and environment, students often lack a certain global vision.At the same time, teachers' teaching methods are difficult to innovate, and the passive and conservative teaching system makes students' learning enthusiasm lower and their comprehensive ability can not be improved.Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis of international business talent training constraints, and take scientific and effective measures to improve the current situation, so that it can be further developed.
