辽宁省高校毕业生专业转换培训项目成本管理研究

【摘要】：随着我国教育事业的不断发展,教育得到越来越多人的关注,项目成本管理方法也逐渐被运用到教育行业的日常成本管理中。项目成本管理是对项目全过程中发生的资源消耗进行全员、全过程的科学管理。节约费用,降低成本,最终都是为了争取经济效益最优。所以项目的成本管理应作为教育行业资金管理的重中之重,研究项目成本管理对改善教育行业中规中矩的管理方式有很大的促进作用。由于近几年,经济发展中的不确定和不利因素使全国的就业形势更加复杂,国家出台了很多政策帮助大学生就业。本文就是以2012年辽宁省高校毕业生专业转换培训项目为实例,通过对项目成本管理的理论知识进行了解,结合培训项目自身的特点,编制一套适合培训项目的成本管理方法。本文共分为七章:第一章阐述了论文的背景、目的、意义和本文的研究思路、研究内容;第二章论述了项目成本管理、项目成本估算、项目成本预算、项目成本控制的相关理论;第三章详细介绍了 2012年辽宁省高校毕业生专业转换培训项目的背景和特点;第四章针对2012年辽宁省高校毕业生专业转换培训项目制定资源计划;第五章对2012年辽宁省高校毕业生专业转换培训项目成本进行估算与预算的编制工作;第六章通过挣值分析法的分析,对2012年辽宁省高校毕业生专业转换培训项目编制成本管理控制方法;第七章结论与展望。通过本文的研究,增强培训项目的盈利能力、减少项目的资源浪费;提高项目的全面管理水平,取得经济效益最大化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education in our country, more and more people pay attention to education, and the method of project cost management is gradually applied to the daily cost management of education industry.Project cost management is the scientific management of the whole process of resource consumption.Save cost, reduce cost, is to strive for economic benefit in the end best.Therefore, the cost management of the project should be the most important part of the fund management in the education industry, and the research on the cost management of the project can greatly promote the improvement of the regular management mode in the education industry.In recent years, the uncertain and unfavorable factors in the economic development make the employment situation of the whole country more complicated, so the state has issued many policies to help college students obtain employment.This paper takes the 2012 Liaoning university graduates' professional conversion training project as an example, through understanding the theoretical knowledge of project cost management, combining the characteristics of the training project itself, develop a set of cost management methods suitable for the training project.This paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter describes the background, purpose, significance and research ideas of this paper, the second chapter discusses the project cost management, project cost estimation, project cost budget,The third chapter introduces the background and characteristics of the 2012 Liaoning college graduates' professional conversion training project, the fourth chapter makes a resource plan for the 2012 Liaoning province college graduates' professional conversion training project.The fifth chapter estimates the cost and budget of Liaoning Province graduates' professional conversion training project in 2012; the sixth chapter through the earned value analysis analysis,The method of cost management and control for the 2012 Liaoning province graduates' major conversion training project is proposed. Chapter 7: conclusion and prospect.Through the research of this paper, we can enhance the profitability of the training project, reduce the waste of resources, improve the overall management level of the project, and obtain the maximum economic benefit.
