校企合作创新网络特征对知识转移绩效作用机制研究

【摘要】：技术创新的生命周期日益缩短以及不断涌现的非连续技术变化,对企业而言是机遇也是挑战。然而,由于企业自身拥有的资源有限,很难满足技术创新对资源的需求,从外界获取各种创新资源已成为企业发展的重要途径。因此,与大学合作建立高效的校企合作创新网络,互补和共享双方各自的优势知识资源,成为企业增强核心竞争力最有效的途径之一。在获取外部知识资本作的过程中,企业知识转移能力对企业技术创新的实现发挥了重要作用。以往学者研究的成果表明,创新网络中知识转移的效率会在很大程度受到网络自身特性的影响,但是网络特征对知识转移绩效的作用机制却一直没有得到证明。所以,着重研究校企合作创新网络特征对知识转移绩效的影响机制具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文在大量文献研究的基础上,肯定了企业组织学习能力、潜在吸收能力在校企合作创新网络特征对知识转移绩效影响中的作用,构建了以组织学习为中介变量、以潜在吸收能力为调节变量概念模型。本文通过河南省企业实证,验证了本研究提出的变量间假设,揭示校企合作创新网络对知识转移绩效影响路径。本文得出的结论有以下几点： (1)校企合作创新网络是企业从外部获得创新知识资源的重要关系途径,校企合作创新网络的不同结构和关系特征维度对知识转移绩效有不同的影响。 (2)校企合作创新网络特征对知识转移绩效有显著的正向影响,企业组织学习能力在整个知识转移的过程中起到部分中介作用。 (3)在组织学习对知识转移绩效的影响中,企业潜在吸收能力起到部分调节作用。本文的研究结论为我国企业利用校企合作创新网络,提升自身组织学习能力以及潜在吸收能力,实现有效知识资源成功转移,提高自身创新效率等具有一定的指导作用。
[Abstract]:The life cycle of technological innovation is shortened day by day and the continuous discontinuous technological changes are both opportunities and challenges for enterprises.However, due to the limited resources owned by the enterprise itself, it is difficult to meet the demand of technological innovation for resources. It has become an important way for enterprises to obtain all kinds of innovative resources from the outside world.Therefore, it is one of the most effective ways for enterprises to establish an efficient network of cooperation and innovation with universities, complement and share their respective advantages and knowledge resources, and become one of the most effective ways for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.In the process of acquiring external knowledge capital, the ability of knowledge transfer plays an important role in the realization of technological innovation.Previous research results show that the efficiency of knowledge transfer in innovation networks will be greatly affected by the characteristics of the network itself, but the mechanism of network characteristics on the performance of knowledge transfer has not been proved.Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence mechanism of school-enterprise cooperative innovation network on knowledge transfer performance.Based on a large number of literature studies, this paper affirms the role of organizational learning ability and potential absorptive capacity in the influence of the characteristics of school-enterprise cooperative innovation network on the knowledge transfer performance, and constructs organizational learning as an intermediary variable.The conceptual model is based on the potential absorption capacity as a regulating variable.This paper verifies the hypothesis of variables put forward by the empirical study of Henan enterprises, and reveals the influence of school-enterprise cooperative innovation network on the performance of knowledge transfer.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1) School-enterprise cooperative innovation network is an important way for enterprises to obtain innovative knowledge resources from the outside. The different structure and relationship characteristic dimension of school-enterprise cooperative innovation network have different influence on the knowledge transfer performance.2) the characteristics of school-enterprise cooperative innovation network have a significant positive impact on the performance of knowledge transfer, and the organizational learning ability of enterprises plays a part of intermediary role in the whole process of knowledge transfer.3) in the influence of organizational learning on knowledge transfer performance, the potential absorptive capacity of enterprises plays a part role in regulating the performance of knowledge transfer.The conclusion of this paper has a certain guiding function for Chinese enterprises to use the cooperative innovation network of school and enterprise to improve their organizational learning ability and potential absorption ability, to realize the successful transfer of effective knowledge resources, and to improve their own innovation efficiency.
