女大学生创业能力及其培育策略研究

【摘要】：随着我国高等教育大众化的不断推进,大学生就业难已经成为高等教育一个十分突出的问题,其中女大学生就业更是高等学校和社会关注的焦点。女大学生自主创业以一种新的促进就业和推动社会发展的模式,被越来越多的政府组织机构和社会所认同,创业的重要作用和意义也逐渐被更多的人所意识。女大学生群体创业,普遍存在创业意识薄弱和创业能力不足的情况,相比较男大学生有较多的劣势和困难。高校女大学生创业教育的缺失、当前不完善的创业环境以及还未形成的创业支持体系等因素都是女大学生选择创业的障碍,然而,对于女大学生自身来说,创业能力的缺乏是制约其主动进行创业活动的关键因素。如何提高女大学生的创业能力,培养女大学生的创业品质,使女大学生有过硬的创业素质和能力适应创新时代的发展要求,是高等学校创业教育应该重点考虑的问题。了解当前我国女大学生创业能力现状以及高校创业教育的开展情况,探析影响女大学生创业能力的因素,对女大学生进行创业培育,是高校创业教育实施的关键一步。因此,本文从创业教育的基本理论入手,在对当前高校女大学生创业意识、创业知识和能力、创业特征、创业环境以及高校创业教育的调查基础上,从创业能力提升角度提出了一系列培育女大学生创业能力的策略和建议。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education in our country, the difficulty of obtaining employment for college students has become a very prominent problem in higher education. As a new mode of promoting employment and promoting social development, female college students have been recognized by more and more government organizations and society, and the important role and significance of entrepreneurship have been gradually recognized by more and more people. Female college students generally have weak awareness of entrepreneurship and lack of entrepreneurial ability, compared with male college students have more disadvantages and difficulties. The lack of entrepreneurship education for female college students, the imperfect entrepreneurial environment and the unformed entrepreneurial support system are all obstacles for female college students to choose entrepreneurship. However, for female students themselves, The lack of entrepreneurial ability is a key factor that restricts its initiative in undertaking entrepreneurial activities. How to improve the entrepreneurial ability of female college students, cultivate the entrepreneurial quality of female college students, and make female college students have excellent entrepreneurial quality and ability to adapt to the requirements of the development of the innovation era, is the key issues that should be considered in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. To understand the present situation of female college students' entrepreneurial ability and the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, to explore the factors that affect the entrepreneurial ability of female college students, and to cultivate female college students' entrepreneurship are the key steps in the implementation of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper starts with the basic theory of entrepreneurship education, on the basis of the investigation of female college students' entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial knowledge and ability, entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward a series of strategies and suggestions to cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of female college students from the angle of promoting entrepreneurial ability.
