【摘要】：德国哲学家黑格尔曾说过,“人们可以根据幸福的观点来思考历史。”在人类的发展史中,到处可以找到追求幸福的印迹。自西方启蒙运动开始,实现幸福被认为是人类天生禀赋的权利,幸福已经不再是命运的安排和上帝的恩赐,尘世中的人们都可以追求幸福。二十一世纪的现代社会,不论是幸福散发的诱惑,幸福给予的承诺,还是对幸福的想往,都无时无刻地充斥在我们周围。毋庸置疑,我们有幸福的权利,我们可以实现幸福,已经成为现代人的信条。可以说人类的发展史是一部幸福史,也是人类幸福观的不断变化和延续的历史。伴随科学技术的日新月异,现代化程度的逐步加深,物质生活水平显著提高,在一定程度上提升了人们的幸福感。与此同时,人们的幸福观念也发生了重大改变。在经济全球化加速发展和个性化观念深入人心的背景下,人们的幸福观念更加多元化。后金融危机时代,在我国转型时期深层次矛盾的不断加剧以及个性化观念与普世价值观念的激烈碰撞的过程中,我国民众的幸福问题日益凸显,国民的幸福观发生扭曲,并步入种种误区,从而造成国民的幸福感不升反降。轰动一时的“郭美美炫富事件”,更是映射出国民幸福观扭曲问题的严重性,透视出全社会对如何引导国民形成幸福观的深度关切。胡锦涛总书记曾经作出重要指示,大力宣传和弘扬郭明义同志的先进事迹和崇高品德。以郭明义为代表的《感动中国》年度人物用言行诠释了他们的幸福观,值得我们每一个中华儿女学习。因此,结合构建社会主义和谐社会的指导思想和社会主义核心价值体系的指示精神,加强对当代国民幸福观研究是十分必要的。本文写作在吸收借鉴古今中外的学者关于幸福观及其相关问题研究成果的基础上,对幸福观进行概述,并深入探讨了现代幸福观的形成及时代价值,阐述了现代幸福观的理论基石、现代幸福观体现的时代精神以及现代幸福观的社会价值诉求。在直面实践中国民幸福观存在的误区及成因分析的基础上,指出了弘扬科学理性利他的现代幸福观的路径选择。一方面,以社会主义核心价值体系为科学理性利他的现代幸福观提供精神支撑：另一方面,构建良好的运行机制,为国民树立科学理性利他的现代幸福观创造条件,从而可以使理论联系我国实际,更好地为人民谋幸福。本文写作在如下几个方面有所新意：第一,彰显了幸福观的时代性。随着我国现代化建设的不断深入,幸福已经成为国民的首要关切。本文深入探讨了现代幸福观的形成及时代价值,对现代幸福观的理论基石、现代幸福观体现的时代精神以及现代幸福观的社会价值诉求进行科学提炼和深刻阐述,为我国相关理论及其体系的发展、丰富和完善给予微不足道的努力,同时为弘扬现代幸福观打下坚实基础,从而彰显了幸福观的时代性。第二,彰显了存在问题的根源性。实践中国民幸福观存在的误区主要通过国民的行为习惯表现出来,它以国民的思想观念问题为载体。国民幸福观误区与思想观念问题的产生是人的全面发展的局限性与不平衡性的逻辑延伸。本文系统全面地阐述了实践中国民幸福观存在的误区,既关注国民的思想状况,又关注国民的自由全面发展的现状,从而挖掘国民幸福观步入误区的根源。第三,彰显了路径选择的针对性。结合现实生活深刻地分析国民幸福观存在误区的成因并提出弘扬科学理性利他的现代幸福观的路径选择是本文研究的根本目的。通过以社会主义核心价值体系提供精神支撑和构建良好的运行机制两方面入手,为国民树立现代幸福观找到对策,并考虑当代国民的现实生存发展需要。
[Abstract]:The German philosopher Hagel once said, "people can think about history according to the viewpoint of happiness." in the history of human development, the pursuit of happiness is found everywhere. From the beginning of the western enlightenment, the realization of happiness is regarded as the right of human natural endowment, and happiness is no longer the arrangement of fate and the gift of God, in the world. People can all pursue happiness. The modern society of twenty-first Century, whether it is the temptation of happiness, the promise of happiness, or the imagination of happiness, is all around us all the time. There is no doubt that we have the right to be happy. We can achieve happiness and have become the creed of modern people.
It can be said that the history of human development is a history of happiness and the continuous change and continuation of human happiness. With the rapid development of science and technology, the gradual deepening of the degree of modernization and the improvement of the level of material life, the happiness of people has been promoted to a certain extent. At the same time, the people's happiness concept has also changed greatly. In the background of the accelerated development of economic globalization and the idea of individualization, the people's concept of happiness is more diversified. In the post financial crisis era, in the course of the deepening of the contradictions in the transition period in China, and in the course of the fierce collision between the individualized concept and the universal values, the problem of happiness is becoming more and more prominent in our country. The people's view of happiness has been distorted and entered into various misunderstandings, thus causing the people's happiness to not rise and fall. The sensation of "Jocie Guo's prosperity" is more serious, and the deep concern of the whole society on how to guide the people to form a happy outlook. The general secretary Hu Jintao once made a heavy weight. We should instruct, vigorously promote and carry forward Comrade Guo Mingyi's advanced deeds and lofty virtues. With Guo Mingyi as the representative of China, the people of the year have interpreted their happy outlook by words and deeds. It is worth every Chinese children to learn. Therefore, the guiding ideology of building a socialist harmonious society and the socialist core value system are combined. It is very necessary to instruct the spirit and strengthen the study of contemporary national happiness.
On the basis of absorbing the achievements of the scholars on the outlook on happiness and related issues, this paper summarizes the concept of happiness and discusses the formation and value of the modern happiness concept, and expounds the theoretical foundation of the modern happiness concept, the spirit of the modern happiness view and the social price of the modern happiness view. On the basis of the misunderstanding and causes of the existence of national happiness in the direct practice, this paper points out the path choice to carry forward the modern happiness view of scientific rationality and altruism. On the one hand, it provides the spiritual support with the socialist core value system for the scientific and rational modern happiness concept of altruism: on the other hand, to build a good operating mechanism, In order to create conditions for the people to establish a scientific and rational and altruistic view of happiness, the theory can make the theory connected to the reality of our country and better for the people to be happy. This article has some new ideas in the following aspects:
First, it highlights the times of the concept of happiness. With the deepening of China's modernization, happiness has become the primary concern of the people. This article deeply discusses the formation and value of the modern happiness view, the theoretical foundation of the modern happiness concept, the spirit of the times embodied in the modern Happiness Concept and the social value of the modern happiness view. Scientific refining and profound exposition of the development of relevant theories and systems in China, enriching and perfecting their insignificant efforts, and laying a solid foundation for carrying forward the concept of modern happiness, thus manifesting the times of the outlook on happiness.
Second, it shows the root of the existing problems. In practice, the misunderstanding of the national happiness concept is mainly expressed through the behavior habits of the people. It takes the problem of the national ideology as the carrier. The misunderstanding of the National Happiness Concept and the emergence of the ideological and concept problems are the logical extension of the limitations and imbalances of the overall development of human beings. This paper expounds the misunderstanding of the national happiness view in practice, not only pays attention to the state of the nation, but also pays attention to the present situation of the free and comprehensive development of the people, so as to excavate the root of the misunderstanding of national happiness.
Third, it shows the pertinence of the path choice. It is the fundamental purpose of this study to analyze the causes of the misunderstanding of the National Happiness Concept in real life and put forward the path selection of the modern happiness concept of scientific and rational altruism. By providing the socialist core value system with spiritual support and building a good operation mechanism two In this regard, we can find countermeasures for the people to establish the modern concept of happiness, and consider the realistic needs of the survival and development of the contemporary citizens.
