当代大学生诚信的现状及其对策研究

【摘要】：诚信是中国传统美德之一,早在先秦时期就受到了思想家们的重视,孔子将诚信视为做人的根本准则。在二十一世纪的今天,社会主义市场经济发展逐渐成熟,社会的和谐发展更需要人们讲诚信。大学生是国家培养的高素质群体,是中华民族的未来和希望,大学生诚信状况是否良好不仅关系到大学生自身的发展,也与社会的发展息息相关。当前我国处于社会转型时期,市场经济下产生的不良思潮也侵蚀着高校的大学生们。学习、经济、生活、求职等方面的诚信缺失现象已经比较普遍。大学生正处于价值观、人生观逐渐定性的关键时期,在这段时期内,如果转向错误的思想观念,就会造成人格上的缺陷,进而对我国的社会主义现代化建设产生消极影响。因此,加强大学生诚信教育,建立有效的大学生诚信教育体系,对于大学生个人以及社会都具有重大意义。本文拟对这一问题进行探析,主要分析大学生诚信现状和诚信缺失及其原因,并找出大学生诚信教育的有效措施。全文共分为五个部分：第一部分是文章的前言,对于选题的理由和意义做了简单介绍,对目前大学生诚信教育的研究现状做了分析,并介绍了本文的研究方法。第二部分论述现代诚信思想的资源,从中国传统诚信思想及西方诚信思想的历史渊源、地位、缺陷等方面进行分析。第三部分阐述诚信对于大学生健康成长的重要性,介绍当前大学生诚信的现状。主要从大学生的学习、经济、求职、人际交往等方面进行描述,指出大学生诚信缺失的危害性。阐述了对大学生进行诚信教育的必要性。第四部分分析大学生诚信缺失的主要原因,从内因和外因着手。外在因素包括社会大环境的影响、高校诚信环境的影响以及家庭教育的偏差,内因主要包括大学生自身道德评判能力不强和缺乏社会责任感,文中从这些角度分别挖掘其背后的深层因素。第五部分是文章的重点,对大学生诚信教育的措施作具体的阐述,并找出解决大学生诚信缺失问题的方法。首先是要优化社会的政治、经济、文化环境；其次,大学生所处的环境主要是在高校,完善高校的诚信教育体系是重中之重,通过构建大学生诚信档案,提高教师道德修养,重视德育等有效措施改善大学生诚信现象：另外,良好的家庭诚信环境也不容忽视。
[Abstract]:Honesty is one of the traditional virtues in China. As early as the pre-Qin period, the thinkers attached great importance to it. Confucius regarded honesty as the fundamental criterion of being a man. In the 21 century, the socialist market economy has matured gradually, and the harmonious development of society needs people to stress honesty. College students are a high quality group trained by the country and the future and hope of the Chinese nation. Whether the integrity of college students is good or not is not only related to the development of college students themselves, but also closely related to the development of society. At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, and the unhealthy trend of thought under the market economy is also eroding the college students. Study, economy, life, job search and other aspects of the lack of integrity has been relatively common. College students are in the critical period of values and outlook on life. In this period, if they turn to wrong ideas, they will lead to personality defects, which will have a negative impact on the socialist modernization construction of our country. Therefore, it is of great significance for college students to strengthen honesty education and establish an effective system of honesty education for college students. This paper analyzes this problem, mainly analyzes the present situation of college students' honesty and credit and its reasons, and finds out the effective measures of college students' honesty and credit education. The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is the preface of the article, which introduces the reason and significance of the topic, analyzes the current research situation of college students' honesty and credit education, and introduces the research methods of this paper. The second part discusses the resources of the modern honesty thought, and analyzes the historical origin, status and defect of the Chinese traditional honesty thought and the western honesty thought. The third part expounds the importance of honesty and credit to the healthy growth of college students, and introduces the present situation of college students' integrity. This paper mainly describes the study, economy, job search and interpersonal communication of college students, and points out the harmfulness of college students' lack of honesty. This paper expounds the necessity of honesty education for college students. The fourth part analyzes the main reasons of college students' lack of honesty, starting from internal and external causes. The external factors include the influence of social environment, the influence of honesty environment in colleges and universities, and the deviation of family education. The internal factors mainly include the weak moral judgment ability of college students and the lack of social responsibility. From these angles, the paper excavates the deep factors behind it. The fifth part is the focus of the article, the measures of college students' honesty and credit education are elaborated, and the methods to solve the problem of college students' lack of honesty are found out. First of all, we should optimize the social political, economic and cultural environment. Secondly, the environment for college students is mainly in colleges and universities. It is the most important thing to improve the integrity education system of colleges and universities. Emphasis on moral education and other effective measures to improve college students' integrity: in addition, a good family integrity environment can not be ignored.
