面向大学生综合素质评价的电子学档系统设计与开发

【摘要】：电子学档是随着信息技术的发展而产生的一种新的评价方式,是实现过程评价的有力工具,利于学生的自我反思。大学生综合素质评价是评价大学生四年学习状况的一个很好的评价机制,然而,目前的评价体系主要是以量化评价为主,以总结性评价的形式展现结果,缺乏质化评价与过程性评价方式。为改变这种现状,更好的完善综合素质评价体系,本次研究将电子学档与大学生综合素质评价系统相结合,开发出面向大学生综合素质评价的电子学档系统,将质化评价与量化评价、过程性评价与总结性评价更好的统一起来。本次研究按“综合——分解——再综合”的思路进行的。将学生的总体表现细化为几个部分(学习成果的整理与收集、反思日志、个人荣誉与社会实践),学生根据自己的情况有选择的上传各项记录,这体现的是由综合到分解的过程。对于学生的各项记录,均有质化和量化评价,评价采用教师评价、学生评价、自我评价相结合的形式,质化评价通过主观形式发表评价观点,量性评价采用打分的形式记录学生各项的表现情况。最终设计综合素质评价系统,即学生的各项表现的一个汇总,这体现的是由分解到综合的过程。在理论研究的基础上,辅以原型系统的设计开发,以检验研究成果的有效性。论文共分为五个部分,即绪论、电子学档概述、大学生综合素质评价、面向大学生综合素质评价的电子学档系统设计与开发、总结与反思。第一章,绪论部分主要是对研究课题的背景、意义和国内外研究现状,提出研究的目标、内容和方法。第二章,主要介绍电子学档的定义、分类、内容,总结出电子学档的特点。第三章,在对国内外研究现状分析的基础上,介绍大学生综合素质评价的涵义、原则及意义,然后分析总结出大学生综合素质评价系统的内容、具体的评价指标内容、评价方式及评价结果。第四章,主要分析总结面向大学生综合素质评价的电子学档系统的必要性及该系统的整体规划、功能设计、开发与实现。第五章,对全文的总结与反思。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, electronics is a new evaluation method. It is a powerful tool to realize process evaluation and is conducive to students' self-reflection. The comprehensive quality evaluation of college students is a good evaluation mechanism to evaluate the learning status of college students in four years. However, the current evaluation system mainly focuses on quantitative evaluation and presents the results in the form of summative evaluation. Lack of qualitative evaluation and process evaluation. In order to change the present situation and improve the comprehensive quality evaluation system, this study combines the electronic file with the comprehensive quality evaluation system of college students, and develops an electronic file system to evaluate the comprehensive quality of college students. Qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, process evaluation and summation evaluation are better unified. This study is based on the idea of "synthesis-decomposition-re-synthesis". The overall performance of students is divided into several parts: the arrangement and collection of learning achievements, the journal of reflection, the personal honor and social practice, and the students' selective uploading of records according to their own situation, which reflects the process from synthesis to decomposition. For each record of students, there are qualitative and quantitative evaluation. The evaluation adopts the form of teacher evaluation, student evaluation and self-evaluation. The qualitative evaluation expresses the evaluation viewpoint through subjective form. The quantitative evaluation records the students' performance in the form of scoring. Finally, a comprehensive quality evaluation system is designed, that is, a summary of students' performance, which reflects the process from decomposition to synthesis. On the basis of theoretical research, the prototype system is designed and developed to verify the validity of the research results. The paper is divided into five parts: introduction, overview of electronic documents, comprehensive quality evaluation of college students, design and development of electronic records system for college students' comprehensive quality evaluation, summary and reflection. In the first chapter, the introduction is mainly about the background, significance and current situation of research at home and abroad, and puts forward the objectives, contents and methods of the research. The second chapter mainly introduces the definition, classification and content of electronic file, and summarizes the characteristics of electronic file. The third chapter, on the basis of the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, introduces the meaning, principles and significance of the comprehensive quality evaluation of college students, and then analyzes and summarizes the content of the comprehensive quality evaluation system of college students, and the concrete evaluation index content. Evaluation methods and results. In the fourth chapter, the necessity of the electronic file system for college students' comprehensive quality evaluation is analyzed and summarized, and the overall planning, function design, development and implementation of the system are also discussed.
