我国中部地区高等农业院校本科专业结构优化研究

【摘要】：随着高等教育大众化进程的加快,全国高校纷纷扩大办学规模,高校的专业数量和学科门类都逐年增加。高等农业院校作为高等教育重要组成部分,在服务“三农”中发挥着举足轻重的作用。经过十多年专业的发展,已经逐步发展成为专业类目齐全、专业种类丰富,综合化多科性的教学型、教学研究型、研究型大学。中部地区高等农业院校专业人才的培养,能否为“三农”问题的解决注入新的活力,为其提供合适的现代化农业科学技术人才；能否服务区域经济发展,为中部的崛起提供所需专门人才；能否在规模化发展中保持自身特色,提高办学竞争力等问题都值得高等农业院校深思。本文采用比较研究法、文献研究法和数理统计法等研究方法,以中部地区6所高等农业院校本科专业结构作为研究对象,以农业高校人才服务“三农”和区域经济产业发展为主轴,分析“十一五”规划和“中部崛起”战略实施以来,中部地区经济产业结构发展现状及未来产业发展预测,提出新时期人才结构需求。在此基础上,陈述该地区高等农业院校专业结构现状,分析出现的问题和不足,结合实际,提出中部高等农业院校专业结构设置和调整应当进行足够的市场调研,从国家、社会、高校三个层面共同研究专业结构发展趋势,发挥传统专业辐射力,带动新兴交叉学科专业发展,加强专业内涵建设,建立专业结构动态调整预警机制,加强中部高校共同协作,共享教育资源等观点,从而促进高校办学规模、结构、质量、效益协调发展,提高大学生专业知识职业转化能力,为“三农”和区域经济发展提供集农、经、管等知识为一体的高素质复合型人才。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the popularization of higher education, colleges and universities in China have expanded the scale of running schools, and the number of specialties and disciplines in colleges and universities have increased year by year. As an important part of higher education, higher agricultural colleges play an important role in serving agriculture, countryside and farmers. After more than ten years' professional development, it has gradually developed into a university with complete specialties, rich specialties and comprehensive multi-subject teaching, teaching and research. Can the cultivation of specialized personnel in agricultural colleges and universities in the central region inject new vitality into the solution of the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, provide them with suitable modern agricultural science and technology talents, and serve the development of regional economy? Whether we can maintain our own characteristics in the large-scale development and improve the competitiveness of running a school are worth pondering over by higher agricultural colleges and universities. This paper adopts comparative research method, literature research method and mathematical statistics method, taking the undergraduate specialty structure of 6 agricultural universities in the central region as the research object. This paper analyzes the present situation of the economic industrial structure and the forecast of the future industrial development of the central region since the implementation of the 11th Five-Year Plan and the strategy of "the rise of the Central region", taking the talents of agricultural colleges and universities to serve the "three rural areas" and the development of regional economic industry as the main axis. Put forward the demand of talent structure in the new period. On this basis, this paper states the present situation of the professional structure of agricultural colleges and universities in this area, analyzes the problems and shortcomings, and puts forward that the establishment and adjustment of the specialized structure of agricultural colleges and universities in central China should carry out sufficient market research from the state. The three levels of society and universities jointly study the development trend of professional structure, give full play to the radiating power of traditional specialties, promote the development of new interdisciplinary disciplines, strengthen the construction of specialty connotation, and establish a mechanism for dynamic adjustment and early warning of professional structure. In order to promote the coordinated development of the scale, structure, quality and benefit of colleges and universities, and to improve the ability of professional and professional transformation of college students, we should strengthen the common cooperation and share the educational resources of the central universities and colleges. For the "three rural" and regional economic development to provide a collection of agricultural, economic, management and other knowledge as one of the high quality compound talents.
