甘肃中医学院辅导员队伍建设研究

【摘要】:大学生是国家的重要战略资源、党和社会主义事业的未来接班人,大学生思想政治教育开展的状况怎样、成效如何,大学生思想政治素质的高低,直接关系到高等教育改革的成败和祖国的未来。辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,辅导员作为高校教师队伍中的一个特殊群体,处在学生思想政治教育工作的第一线,也处在高校对学生进行日常事务管理的前沿,承担着大学生的思想政治教育,生活学习管理的重要职责。辅导员工作水平的高低,工作效果的好坏,直接影响到培养目标的实现,影响到高校以德育为核心的素质教育的健康实施。在当前经济全球化、社会信息化、高等教育大众化的背景下,高校辅导员队伍愈加壮大,抓好辅导员队伍建设,更好的发挥辅导员在当代大学生中的德育教育功能,无疑成为当前促进高校学生工作的重要抓手。努力建设一支符合现代高等教育要求、理论水平高、综合素质高、热爱辅导员岗位、竭诚服务学生的辅导员队伍,更是具有深远的历史意义和重大的现实意义。 本文以甘肃中医学院为例,通过调查问卷的形式,以人力资源管理理论为指导,深入分析了甘肃中医学院辅导员队伍建设的现状,存在的各种问题,并试图找出合理对策,以期为全国同类型高校辅导员队伍建设提供新的思路。文章分为四部分,第一部分,介绍研究背景和研究内容,相关基础理论的运用,以及国内相关研究的综述;第二部分,介绍甘肃中医学院辅导员队伍建设现状,并通过深入分析调查问卷的结果,找出甘肃中医学院辅导员队伍建设各种难题;第三部分,结合人力资源管理理论,深入阐述解决甘肃中医学院辅导员队伍建设各种难题的对策,提出合理的改进意见。第四部分,总结甘肃中医学院辅导员队伍建设的改进措施,并以此为例推广到甘肃省高校辅导员队伍建设的指导意见。
[Abstract]:College students are the important strategic resources of the country, the future successors of the Party and the socialist cause, the status and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students, and the level of ideological and political quality of college students. Directly related to the success or failure of higher education reform and the future of the motherland. Counselors are the backbone of college students' ideological and political education. As a special group of college teachers, counselors are at the forefront of students' ideological and political education. It is also in the forefront of daily affairs management in colleges and universities, which is responsible for the ideological and political education of college students and the management of life learning. The level of work of counselors and the effect of work directly affect the realization of training goals and the healthy implementation of quality-oriented education with moral education as the core in colleges and universities. Under the background of economic globalization, social informatization and popularization of higher education, college counselors are becoming more and more powerful. They should do a good job in building counselors' ranks, and give full play to the moral education function of counselors in contemporary college students. Undoubtedly, it has become an important grasp to promote the work of college students. It is of great historical and practical significance to build a team of counselors who meet the requirements of modern higher education, have high theoretical level, high comprehensive quality, love the post of counselors and serve the students wholeheartedly. This paper takes Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, through the form of questionnaire, guided by the theory of human resource management, deeply analyzes the present situation of the construction of counselors in Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine, and tries to find out the reasonable countermeasures. In order to provide a new train of thought for the construction of counselors in the same type of colleges and universities all over the country. The article is divided into four parts, the first part, introduces the research background and research content, the application of relevant basic theories, and the summary of relevant domestic research; the second part, introduces the current situation of the construction of counselors in Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine. And through in-depth analysis of the results of the questionnaire to find out the Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine counselors to build a variety of difficulties; part three, combined with human resources management theory, This paper expounds the countermeasures to solve various problems in the construction of counselors in Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for improvement. The fourth part summarizes the improvement measures of counselors team construction in Gansu College of traditional Chinese Medicine and takes this as an example to popularize the guidance opinions on the construction of counselors team in colleges and universities in Gansu Province.
