行业背景院校本科人才培养特色研究

【摘要】：行业背景院校作为与行业具有天然联系、具各自身独特优势的大学形态,是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,其发展对于促进行业科技进步和国家创新体系建设具有不可替代的作用,是我国高等教育科学发展必须关注的重大战略课题。通过对我国行业背景院校本科人才培养的研究,对于完善我国行业背景院校的建设,优化我国高等教育的结构、提高教育质量具有重要的战略意义。本文在综合分析研究国内外学者关于行业背景院校的研究成果基础上,围绕行业背景院校本科人才培养特色这一主线,对行业背景院校的内涵与特征进行了界定,对目前我国行业背景院校人才培养为什么要有特色,是否有特色,怎样形成特色等问题进行探讨。通过对行业背景院校本科人才培养的现状进行分析,指出了我国行业背景院校本科人才培养方面存在的问题和不足。并对行业背景院校本科人才培养的影响因素进行分析,在此基础上,运用文本分析法对8所行业背景院校本科人才培养特色进行了实证分析,使理论和实践相结合,并根据行业院校人才培养应具备的特色,从政府、行业、高校三位一体的视角,提出培养我国行业背景院校本科特色人才的可行改革路径。
[Abstract]:As a kind of university which has natural connection with the industry and has its own unique advantages, the industry background colleges and universities are an important part of the higher education in our country. Its development plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the advancement of science and technology and the construction of national innovation system. It is an important strategic subject that must be paid attention to in the scientific development of higher education in China. Through the research of undergraduate talents training in China's industry background colleges, it is of great strategic significance to perfect the construction of our country's industry background colleges and universities, optimize the structure of our higher education and improve the quality of education. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the industry background colleges and universities, this paper defines the connotation and characteristics of the industry background colleges and universities around the main line of undergraduate talent training characteristics of the industry background colleges and universities. This paper probes into the reasons why talents training in colleges and universities with industry background should have their own characteristics, whether they have their own characteristics, and how to form their own characteristics. Based on the analysis of the current situation of undergraduate talent training in colleges with industry background, the problems and shortcomings of undergraduate talents training in industry background colleges and universities in China are pointed out. On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of undergraduate talents cultivation in industry background colleges and universities, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the characteristics of undergraduate talents cultivation in 8 industry background colleges and universities by using text analysis, which combines theory with practice. According to the characteristics of talents cultivation in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the feasible reform path of cultivating talents with undergraduate characteristics from the perspective of the trinity of government, industry and universities.
