医学生信息素养教育模式研究

【摘要】：目的信息素养已成为信息社会衡量人们综合素质的重要指标,是人们在信息社会生存和发展的基础。医学生作为国家医疗领域的后备军,其信息素养水平关系到国家医疗服务水平的高低。信息素养教育模式关系到信息素养教育的成败,正确的教育模式对于提升我国医学生信息素养水平发挥着举足轻重的作用。文章旨在通过对国内外信息素养教育理论和实践的研究,了解国内外信息素养教育的差异。以国内某医学院校为例,对医学生信息素养现状进行调查研究,提出提升医学生信息素养的对策,并提出合理的医学生信息素养教育模式,以期提升我国医学生信息素养水平,培养出能为我国医疗领域持续贡献力量的新时代合格的医学生。方法①文献研究法。在阅读大量国内外信息素养教育及相关文献的基础上,对国内外信息素养教育理论和实践进行系统研究,确定信息素养及医学生信息素养的内涵,了解国内外信息素养教育的差异。②问卷调查法。从医学生的信息意识、信息知识、信息能力、信息道德四个维度设计问卷,以某医学院全日制本科生和研究生为抽样样本,通过随机发放问卷进行调查,共发放问卷700份,收回有效问卷601份,有效回收率86%,通过SPSS17.0对数据进行统计分析。③比较分析法。对比分析国内外信息素养教育理论与实践,认识到我国信息素养教育存在的不足,借鉴国外优秀的信息素养教育理念和方式,为我国信息素养教育提供参考。结果我国信息素养评价标准、信息素养教育模型、在线信息素养教育、信息素养教育研究项目和信息素养教育实证研究与国外相比,均存在较大差距。医学生信息素养水平不高,表现在：信息知识匮乏,信息能力不容乐观,信息道德有待提升。另外,不同年级医学生信息素养水平存在差异。结论①提升医学生信息素养的对策包括：加强宣传和培训,在思想上高度重视信息素养；发挥图书馆的作用；将专业课与信息素养教育整合；提升教师的信息素养；信息素养培养不能“一刀切”,要充分注意到学生个体的差异性。②提出“一个整合、两个课堂、三级层次、四种方式”的医学生信息素养教育模式,“一个整合”是指将信息素养教育与医学专业课程相整合,“两个课堂”是指充分发挥传统课堂教育与课外培养两个课堂的作用,“三级层次”是针对医学生信息素养教育对象的差异性,有针对性地开展基础、通用、专业三个层次的教育,“四种方式”是借鉴国外信息素养教育方式,有针对性地选择课外教学、课中教学、课内教学、独立课教学四种教学方式。
[Abstract]:Objective Information literacy has become an important index to measure the comprehensive quality of people in the information society, and it is the basis of people's survival and development in the information society. As the reserve army in the national medical field, the level of information literacy of medical students is related to the level of national medical service. The information literacy education model is related to the success or failure of the information literacy education. The correct education model plays an important role in improving the level of information literacy of medical students in China. The purpose of this paper is to understand the difference of information literacy education at home and abroad by studying the theory and practice of information literacy education at home and abroad. Taking a medical college in China as an example, the present situation of information literacy of medical students is investigated and studied, and the countermeasures to improve the information literacy of medical students are put forward, and a reasonable mode of information literacy education for medical students is put forward in order to improve the level of information literacy of medical students in China. Cultivate qualified medical students in the new era who can continue to contribute to the medical field of our country. Methods 1 the method of literature research. On the basis of reading a large number of information literacy education and related documents at home and abroad, this paper systematically studies the theory and practice of information literacy education at home and abroad, and determines the connotation of information literacy and information literacy of medical students. To understand the difference of information literacy education at home and abroad. 2. The questionnaire was designed from the four dimensions of information consciousness, information knowledge, information ability and information morality. A sampling sample of full-time undergraduates and postgraduates in a medical college was selected, and 700 questionnaires were distributed through random questionnaires. The valid questionnaire was collected from 601 copies and the effective recovery rate was 86%. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0. This paper analyzes the theory and practice of information literacy education at home and abroad, recognizes the shortcomings of information literacy education in our country, and draws lessons from the excellent ideas and methods of information literacy education in foreign countries to provide reference for information literacy education in our country. Results there is a big gap between China's information literacy evaluation standard, information literacy education model, online information literacy education, information literacy education research projects and information literacy education empirical research. The level of information literacy of medical students is not high, manifested in: lack of information knowledge, information ability is not optimistic, information morality needs to be improved. In addition, different grades of medical students have different levels of information literacy. Conclusion 1 the countermeasures to improve the information literacy of medical students include: strengthening propaganda and training, attaching great importance to information literacy in ideology, giving play to the role of library, integrating professional courses with information literacy education, improving teachers' information literacy; The cultivation of information literacy can not be "one-size-fits-all". It is necessary to pay full attention to the difference between students. 2. A model of information literacy education for medical students with "one integration, two classes, three levels and four ways" should be put forward. "one integration" refers to the integration of information literacy education and medical professional curriculum, and "two classrooms" means to give full play to the role of traditional classroom education and extracurricular training. The "three levels" aims at the difference of the information literacy education objects of medical students, and aims at developing the education of basic, general and professional levels, and "four ways" is to draw lessons from foreign countries' information literacy education methods. Choose four teaching methods: extracurricular teaching, in-class teaching, in-class teaching and independent teaching.
