“以人为本”的思想政治教育理念研究

【摘要】：以人为本，是科学发展观的核心，“坚持以人为本”，是中国共产党十六届三中全会《决定》提出的一个新要求。坚持以人为本，就是指要始终以最广大人们群众的根本利益作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点，，在工作中要尊重人、理解人、关心人，以不断满足人的全面需求、促进人的全面发展为目标。思想政治教育是一定的社会组织或社会群体，通过对其成员运用思想观念、道德规范和政治观点等手段，开展有计划、有组织、有目的的社会实践活动，以使其成员的行为符合特定的思想道德要求。作为指导人们形成正确思想与行为的重要手段，思想政治教育是以人的思想、观念与立场的转变以及世界观、人生观和价值观的形成过程为主要研究对象的。在我国，思想政治教育是社会主义精神文明建设的主要工作，也是解决当前存在的社会矛盾和问题，实现社会和谐的重要手段。思想政治教育是以人的思想意识和价值观念为教育对象的，在新的历史条件下，随着互联网的迅速普及和我国改革开放的不断深入，人们在享受物质生活极大丰富和互联网带给人们的获取信息的便捷的同时，也受到来自世界不同国家思想、文化、价值观念的冲击。给思想政治教育工作带来了新的挑战。“以人为本”思想的提出，为我国思想政治教育工作的开展提供了一条新的思路。它要求思想政治教育工作要站在受教育者的角度，以人的需求为出发点，在帮助人形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观的同时，促进人综合素质的提高，开发人的潜能，最终实现人的全面发展。因此，在科学发展观的指导下，研究如何坚持以人为本的理念，不断推进思想政治教育工作的创新，对于发挥思想政治教育工作的实效性，有重要意义。本篇论文从以下几个方面对以人为本的思想政治教育理念进行研究。第一部分，是基础理论部分。包括介绍研究的目的及意义、学术界对相关问题的研究综述、本篇论文的研究思路与研究方法。在第二部分中，文章对“以人为本”与思想政治教育相关问题进行了研究，包括“以人为本”的内涵以及思想政治教育的内涵、主要内容、功能。第三部分，主要研究“以人为本”思想政治教育理念的现实意义和主要内容，从而在第四部分，提出在“以人为本”理念下，创新我国思想政治教育的实现路径。
[Abstract]:People-oriented is the core of the scientific development view. "insisting on people-oriented" is a new requirement put forward by the third Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. To adhere to the people-oriented approach means to always take the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of people as the starting point and foothold of all work, to respect, understand and care for people in their work, so as to continuously meet the overall needs of people. The goal is to promote the overall development of human beings. Ideological and political education is a kind of social organization or social group, which carries out planned, organized and purposeful social practice activities through the application of ideological concepts, moral norms and political viewpoints to its members. In order to conform the behavior of its members to specific ideological and moral requirements. As an important means to guide people to form correct thoughts and behaviors, ideological and political education focuses on the transformation of people's thoughts, concepts and positions, and the formation of world outlook, outlook on life and values. In our country, ideological and political education is not only the main work of socialist spiritual civilization construction, but also an important means to solve the existing social contradictions and problems and realize social harmony. Ideological and political education is aimed at people's ideology and values. Under the new historical conditions, with the rapid popularization of the Internet and the deepening of China's reform and opening up, While enjoying the great wealth of material life and the convenience of obtaining information brought by the Internet, people are also impacted by the ideas, cultures and values from different countries in the world. It brings new challenges to ideological and political education. Putting forward the thought of "people first" provides a new way of thinking for the development of ideological and political education in our country. It requires that the ideological and political education work should stand at the perspective of the educated, take the needs of people as the starting point, help people form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, at the same time, promote the improvement of people's comprehensive quality and develop their potential. Finally, the overall development of human beings will be realized. Therefore, under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, it is of great significance to study how to adhere to the people-oriented concept and to continuously promote the innovation of ideological and political education, which is of great significance for giving full play to the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This paper studies the idea of ideological and political education from the following aspects. The first part is the basic theory part. Including the purpose and significance of the study, the academic review of related issues, the research ideas and methods of this paper. In the second part, the article has carried on the research to the "people-oriented" and the ideological and political education related question, including "people-oriented" connotation and the ideological and political education connotation, the main content, the function. The third part mainly studies the realistic significance and main content of the idea of "people-oriented" ideological and political education, and then, in the fourth part, puts forward that under the idea of "people-oriented", we should innovate the way of realizing ideological and political education in our country.
