【摘要】：在党的十七大上，“公民教育”第一次写进了我国的党代会报告中，公民教育被提到了一个前所未有的高度。改革开放以来，随着我国经济的快速发展，社会面貌有了很大的改善，但是公民素养和道德水平却没有随着经济的发展而得到相应水平的增长。公民教育的核心是培养合格的具有良好权责意识的公民，在一个现代社会中一个公民应该具备的最基本的素养就是公民意识，这是推动我国社会主义民主政治建设的强大精神支撑。大学生是我国道德素养和知识水平较高的人群，，是社会主义的建设者和接班人，是民族的希望，他们公民意识水平的高低会影响到我国社会主义现代化建设的进程。因此，加强大学生公民意识教育具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文旨在运用思想政治教育理论和公民教育理论对高校公民意识教育的培养途径及方法进行研究，全文分为五个部分：第一部分绪论，介绍本文的选题背景、意义、国内外研究现状、以及主要研究方法和创新点。第二部分介绍公民、公民社会以及公民教育的概念界定、历史沿革，分析了公民教育与我国思想政治教育在内容及价值取向上的异同。第三部分探讨加强大学生公民教育的重要意义。第四部分分析当下大学生公民意识的现状及其原因，包括高校内部公民教育体系不完善和外部环境的制约。第五部分探讨大学生公民教育的实现途径，包括完善高校公民教育的培养环境，改善校园环境，借鉴国外先进公民教育理念等内容。
[Abstract]:At the 17th National Congress of the Party, Civic Education was first written into the report of the Party Congress of our country, and civic education was raised to an unprecedented height. Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's economy, the social outlook has been greatly improved, but the civic literacy and moral level has not been increased with the economic development. The core of civic education is to train qualified citizens with good sense of power and responsibility. In a modern society, the most basic quality a citizen should possess is civic awareness. This is a strong spiritual support for promoting the construction of socialist democratic politics in China. College students are the people with higher level of moral accomplishment and knowledge, the constructors and successors of socialism, and the hope of the nation. The level of their civic consciousness will affect the process of socialist modernization in China. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the education of college students'civic consciousness. The purpose of this paper is to use the theory of ideological and political education and the theory of civic education to study the ways and methods of cultivating civic consciousness education in colleges and universities. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of this thesis. Domestic and foreign research status, as well as the main research methods and innovative points. The second part introduces the concept and history of citizen, civil society and civic education, and analyzes the similarities and differences between civic education and Chinese ideological and political education in content and value orientation. The third part discusses the importance of strengthening the civic education of college students. The fourth part analyzes the present situation of college students' civic consciousness and its reasons, including the imperfection of the internal civic education system and the restriction of external environment. The fifth part discusses the ways to realize the civic education of college students, including perfecting the cultivation environment of civic education in colleges and universities, improving the campus environment, and drawing lessons from the advanced civic education ideas of foreign countries.
