南京中医药大学药学类专业大学生就业供应链管理研究

【摘要】:近年,随着社会经济的快速发展、人民生活水平的提高以及医药行业管理的逐步规范化,医药领域发展前景广阔。随着社会的需要和高等教育的发展,药学人才的培养规模和深度有了较快的发展。自1999年高校扩招以来,高等药学教育趋近大众化,为我国医药行业的发展培养大批专业人才。同时,随着医药就业市场形势和就业政策发生深刻变化,药学类大学生就业问题已成为高等医药院校关注的重点。 由于医院、药监部门等事业单位用人饱和,特别是2008年后,伴随着全球金融危机对世界各国经济的影响,医药企业进行了重大调整,南京中医药大学药学类专业的大学生就业结构性矛盾更加突出,就业问题面临着更大的挑战。纵向上,招生人数的连年增加更加大了就业的难度,虽然南京中医药大学药学类专业近几年就业率90%以上,但是签约率只有60%左右,且就业的方向多为医药销售,从事生产、研发等高深层次工作的比例相对较小;横向上,学生综合素质较好,动手和创新能力相对较弱,与兄弟院校药学类毕业生就业数量和质量上相比均有一定的差距。面对医药行业的机遇与挑战,探索出一条改变南京中医药大学药学类专业大学生就业现状的新路具有重要的现实意义,对于丰富高等教育供应链管理理论有着重要的理论意义。 本文系统回顾了就业、供应链及供应链管理、高等教育供应链及高等教育供应链管理的国内外研究和应用现状,以南京中医药大学药学类专业大学生就业为切入点,结合传统的高等教育供应链管理理论,分析了药学类专业大学生出现就业难的原因,提出对药学类专业大学生就业实施供应链管理的必要性、可行性,创建了就业供应链管理模型,采取转变就业供应链管理战略、建立就业供应链管理协调机制、加强就业供应链各节点之间的密切协作、搭建就业供应链管理信息平台、实施药学类专业大学生职业生涯规划等措施对药学类专业大学生实施就业供应链管理。 希望通过本课题的研究,能够对当下较为严峻的就业形势、严重的供需矛盾提供新的解决途径,为促进大学生就业探索新的思路,进一步丰富供应链管理理论。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the improvement of people's living standard and the gradual standardization of medicine industry management, the field of medicine has a bright future. With the need of society and the development of higher education, the training scale and depth of pharmaceutical talents have developed rapidly. Since the expansion of college enrollment in 1999, higher pharmaceutical education has become popular and trained a large number of professionals for the development of pharmaceutical industry in China. At the same time, with the profound changes in the situation of the pharmaceutical employment market and the employment policy, the employment of pharmaceutical students has become the focus of medical colleges and universities. Because hospitals, drug control departments and other institutions have been saturated with personnel, especially after 2008, with the impact of the global financial crisis on the economies of all countries in the world, pharmaceutical enterprises have made major adjustments. The structural contradiction of employment of pharmaceutical majors in Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine is more prominent, and the employment problem is facing more challenges. Vertically, the increase in enrollment has increased the difficulty of obtaining employment. Although the employment rate of pharmaceutical majors at Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine has been over 90% in recent years, the signing rate is only about 60%, and the direction of employment is mostly pharmaceutical sales and production. The proportion of advanced level work such as R & D is relatively small; horizontally, the students' comprehensive quality is better, the ability of operation and innovation is relatively weak, and there is a certain gap between the quantity and quality of employment of pharmaceutical graduates in brotherly colleges and universities. In the face of the opportunities and challenges of the pharmaceutical industry, it is of great practical significance to explore a new way to change the employment situation of pharmaceutical students in Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine, which is of great theoretical significance to enrich the supply chain management theory of higher education. This paper systematically reviews the domestic and international research and application of employment, supply chain management, supply chain management of higher education and supply chain management of higher education, taking the employment of pharmaceutical majors in Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine as the starting point. Based on the traditional supply chain management theory of higher education, this paper analyzes the reasons for the difficulty in obtaining employment for pharmaceutical majors, and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of implementing supply chain management for pharmaceutical college students. The model of employment supply chain management is established, the strategy of employment supply chain management is changed, the coordination mechanism of employment supply chain management is established, the close cooperation among the nodes of employment supply chain is strengthened, and the information platform of employment supply chain management is built. Implementation of pharmaceutical major college students career planning and other measures to pharmaceutical college students to implement employment supply chain management. It is hoped that through the research of this topic, it can provide a new way to solve the serious employment situation and the serious contradiction between supply and demand, explore new ideas for promoting college students' employment and further enrich the theory of supply chain management.
