后现代主义视域下大学生思想政治教育工作的人性化研究

【摘要】：后现代主义是20世纪50到60年代在欧美广泛盛行的一种社会与文化思潮。其最核心精神是尊重个性、尊重差异、尊重多元、注重人文关怀，矛头直指以科学与理性为基础的现代性。当前我国正处于经济、文化的转型时期，在学术研究领域存在着各种思想间的交汇与交锋，让人们生活在一个多元差异的世界里，文明的差异、文化的差异以及人类自身的差异，后现代主义更是其中一股劲风。因此，不少研究者竞相站在后现代主义的立场对相关理论和学术问题予以审视，以期突破现代主义遭遇的困境，拓展发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的新思路。在这一宏观背景下我国高等教育的社会功能、管理体制、培养模式，以及学生个体的价值取向、思维方式、行为习惯等也正在发生着巨大的变化，给大学生思想政治教育工作带来了新情况、新问题和新挑战，，同时也带来了一次发展机遇。由此，本文试图在坚持马克思主义立场的前提下，将大学生思想政治教育工作的人性化问题置于后现代主义视域中予以研究，以期开拓大学生思想政治教育工作的新境界。全文共分为五个部分：第一章引言。主要概述本研究的意义、研究综述、研究方法以及本文的创新和存在的不足——为问题的研究提供逻辑起点。第二章对后现代主义进行概述。主要阐述了后现代主义兴起的历史背景、概念界定及基本主张、对基本主张的辩证剖析——为问题的研究提供理论支点。第三章阐述后现代主义视域下当前大学生思想政治教育工作人性化存在的问题。主要阐述了人性、人性化、思想政治教育工作人性化的概念，以及对当前大学生思想政治教育工作人性化的检视——为问题的研究提供对象。第四章分析了后现代主义对大学生思想政治教育工作人性化的影响。本章主要从后现代主义对大学生思想政治教育工作的积极和消极影响两方面进行辩证阐述——突出本研究的价值取向。第五章主要阐述后现代主义视野下大学生思想政治教育工作人性化的实现策略。本章主要从思想教育工作的目的、政治教育主体、教育对象、工作内容、工作方法、教育评价等思想政治教育的要素方面提出大学生思想政治教育工作人性化的路径——这是本研究的重点所在。
[Abstract]:Post-modernism is a social and cultural trend of thought that prevailed widely in Europe and America from 1950 to 1960's. Its core spirit is to respect individuality, respect difference, respect diversity, pay attention to humanistic concern, and point to modernity based on science and reason. At present, our country is in a period of economic and cultural transformation. In the field of academic research, there is an intersection and confrontation of various ideas, so that people can live in a world of diverse differences and differences in civilization. Postmodernism is one of the cultural differences as well as human differences. Therefore, many researchers race to examine the relevant theories and academic problems from the standpoint of postmodernism, in order to break through the predicament encountered by modernism, expand the new ideas of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. Under this macro background, the social function, management system, training mode, value orientation, thinking mode and behavior habits of Chinese higher education are also undergoing great changes. It brings a new situation, new problems and new challenges to the ideological and political education of college students, and also brings a development opportunity. Therefore, on the premise of adhering to the Marxist position, this paper attempts to study the humanization of ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of postmodernism, in order to open up a new realm of ideological and political education for college students. The full text is divided into five parts: The first chapter is introduction. This paper mainly summarizes the significance of this study, research review, research methods and the innovation and shortcomings of this paper-to provide a logical starting point for the study of the problem. The second chapter summarizes postmodernism. This paper mainly expounds the historical background, the definition of the concept and the basic proposition of the rise of postmodernism, and provides the theoretical fulcrum for the study of the problem through the dialectical analysis of the basic propositions. The third chapter expounds the existing problems of humanization in the ideological and political education of college students under the view of post-modernism. This paper mainly expounds the concept of humanity, humanization and humanization of ideological and political education, and examines the humanization of ideological and political education of college students at present. Chapter four analyzes the influence of postmodernism on the humanization of ideological and political education of college students. This chapter focuses on the positive and negative effects of postmodernism on the ideological and political education of college students-highlighting the value orientation of this study. The fifth chapter mainly expounds the realization strategy of humanization of ideological and political education of college students in the view of post-modernism. This chapter mainly focuses on the purpose of ideological education, the subject of political education, the object of education, the content of work, the method of work, In the aspect of educational evaluation and other elements of ideological and political education, the humanized path of ideological and political education for college students is put forward-which is the focus of this study.
