高校学生使用移动图书馆的行为意愿影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着移动互联技术的发展,国内很多高校开始引入移动图书馆来帮助在校学生更加便捷地访问和利用图书馆内的信息资源。然而,调查研究表明,高校在校学生使用移动图书馆的比例相对较低,从而在一定程度上造成了教育资源的浪费。因此,有必要全面探索影响高校学生使用移动图书馆意愿的相关因素,从而为高校更好地推动移动图书馆在学生中的使用提出相关对策和建议。 本文根据用户采纳领域内的一个全面的理论框架——技术接受和使用统一模型(UTAUT),并结合高校移动图书馆和高校学生的具体特点,提出了一个关于高校在校大学生使用移动图书馆行为意向的理论模型。具体地,移动图书馆的“内容丰富化"、在校大学生的“自我效能”、“主观规范”以及“便利条件”被界定为移动图书馆情境下对应于UTAUT模型中的“绩效期望、努力期望、社群影响和便利条件”的主要内容。考虑到高校移动图书馆的具体情境,传统UTAUT模型中调节变量“年龄、性别、经验以及自愿性"显得不再那么重要,予以删除。同时删除“使用行为”变量,因为国内高校移动图书馆使用率较低,没有形成大规模使用。与此同时,移动图书馆的大学生用户群体主要由本科生和研究生这两类学生构成,因此,本研究将学生类型作为调节变量,基于这两类学生的差异比较UTAUT模型中的因果关系。 本研究采用问卷调查的方法收集数据,并用结构方程模型中的PLS(偏最小二乘)技术来验证所提出的理论模型和研究假设。通过对国内3所已经引入移动图书馆服务的高校在校学生进行问卷调查,最终共收到有效问卷251份。数据分析的结果表明:(1)内容丰富化、自我效能、便利条件和主观规范会正向直接影响学生的使用意愿;(2)相对于研究生,内容丰富化和便利条件更容易使得本科生产生使用移动图书馆的行为意愿;而相对于本科生,主观规范更容易使得研究生产生使用移动图书馆的行为意愿。 此次研究,基于UTAUT理论框架,构建了一个较为全面的关于高校学生使用移动图书馆行为意愿的理论模型并进行了实证分析。不但拓展了我们对于移动图书馆用户采纳的认识,而且丰富了UTAUT理论,同时,为高校更加有效地推动移动图书馆在学生中的使用提供了建议的依据,具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile interconnection technology, many colleges and universities in China began to introduce mobile libraries to help students access and utilize the information resources in the library more conveniently. However, the investigation shows that the proportion of college students using mobile library is relatively low, which results in the waste of educational resources to some extent. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the relevant factors that affect the willingness of college students to use mobile libraries, so as to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for better promoting the use of mobile libraries among students in colleges and universities. According to a comprehensive theoretical framework in the field of user adoption-the unified model of technology acceptance and use, and combined with the specific characteristics of university mobile libraries and college students, This paper puts forward a theoretical model about the behavior intention of college students using mobile library. Specifically, the "content enrichment" of mobile libraries, the "self-efficacy", "subjective norms" and "convenience conditions" of college students are defined as "performance expectations" and "hard expectations" corresponding to the UTAUT model in the context of mobile libraries. Considering the specific situation of mobile libraries in colleges and universities, the traditional UTAUT model of adjusting variables "age, sex, experience and voluntary" is not so important and be deleted. At the same time, the user group of university students in mobile library is mainly composed of undergraduate students and graduate students. Therefore, this study takes the student type as a regulating variable, and compares the causality in UTAUT model based on the differences between the two types of students. In this study, the data were collected by questionnaire, and the theoretical model and the research hypothesis were verified by the PLS (partial least squares) technique in the structural equation model. A total of 251 valid questionnaires were received through a questionnaire survey among the students of 3 universities that have introduced mobile library services in China. The results of the data analysis show that the content enrichment, self-efficacy, convenience conditions and subjective norms can positively affect students' willingness to use than graduate students. It is easier for undergraduates to use mobile libraries than for undergraduates, and subjective norms are easier for graduate students to use mobile libraries. Based on the framework of UTAUT, this study constructs a comprehensive theoretical model of college students' willingness to use mobile libraries and makes an empirical analysis. It not only expands our understanding of mobile library user's adoption, but also enriches the UTAUT theory. At the same time, it provides suggestions for the university to promote the use of mobile library among students more effectively, which is of great significance.
