心理疏导在高校思想政治教育中的运用研究

【摘要】:当前大学生的心理压力越来越大,,因压力而产生的心理障碍也日益显著,这已经严重影响到个体的生活、学习及性格特征。传统的思想政治教育方式已逐渐不能适应当今大学生的内在需求,因此,思想政治教育与心理疏导相结合就显得尤为重要。本文着重研究了高校思想政治教育视阈下心理疏导的运用问题。 心理疏导可以有效消除个体心理障碍,引导个体人格的完善,将其运用于高校思想政治教育中,可以有效提高思想政治教育的科学性和针对性。因此,心理疏导在我国高校思想政治教育中运用的研究已刻不容缓。本文写作的目的在于分析心理疏导与思想政治教育的关系和心理疏导在思想政治教育中运用的内容、问题、重要性,并在此基础上探讨我国高校思想政治教育中运用心理疏导的具体策略,以求能合理运用心理疏导提高高校思想政治教育的实效性。 在研究方法上,本文重点使用了唯物辩证法、理论与实践相结合的方法、多学科交叉整合研究法、文献研究法、逻辑分析法,其中马克思主义唯物辩证法是最基本的方法。本文对心理疏导与思想政治教育的关系运用了唯物辩证法;为了更清晰地把握思想政治教育中心理疏导运用的内容及重要性,本文运用了多学科交叉整合研究法和文献研究法;对于心理疏导在思想政治教育中运用的问题及原因分析,运用了逻辑分析法;对于最后一个问题—心理疏导在思想政治教育中运用的对策的分析,运用了理论与实践相结合的方法。既进行基本的理论疏理,又重点探讨具体的策略研究。 本文的主要内容有如下几部分: 第一部分,引言。简要阐述了以下三方面的问题,即问题的提出及其研究意义、论题的研究思路和框架和研究方法。 第二部分,心理疏导的含义及其与思想政治教育的关系。本部分简要阐述了心理疏导的基本含义,重点分析了心理疏导与思想政治教育的关系。二者在工作方式上具有密切联系性,目标上具有一致性,在功能上具有互补性。 第三部分,高校思想政治教育中心理疏导的内容及重要性。心理疏导在高校思想政治教育中运用的内容包括大学生思想障碍的疏导和个人行为的疏导。而心理疏导在高校思想政治教育中的重要性主要为:其一,心理疏导是思想政治教育的有效途径;其二,心理疏导使思想政治教育更具有针对性、实效性;其三,心理疏导可以促进大学生人格的自我完善;其四,能够体现出思想政治教育的人本价值;其五,使得思想政治教育更具有现实价值。 第四部分,高校思想政治教育中运用心理疏导存在的问题及其原因分析。问题主要有:其一,心理疏导与思想政治教育相脱节;其二,校园心理疏导机制不完善;其三,高校的思想政治教育中运用心理疏导收效甚微。具体的原因为:其一,传统的教育理念影响到心理疏导的运用;其二,高校辅导员的心理疏导知识贫乏,疏导不当;其三,大学生对心理疏导观念上认同,行为上不认同。 第五部分,高校思想政治教育中运用心理疏导的具体策略。围绕心理疏导在高校思想政治教育的运用过程中所出现的问题提出相关的策略。主要从心理疏导要与思想政治教育相结合;逐步完善高校心理疏导机制;改变传统的思想政治教育策略,对学生进行合理的心理疏导和教育;引导大学生改变自身观念,乐于进行心理疏导四个方面探讨了心理疏导在我国高校思想政治教育工作中的运用策略。 基于以上几方面的分析,本文得出的结论是:高校中部分大学生普遍存在着心理问题,这些问题已严重影响到学生的生活和学习,因此需要在思想政治教育中加强心理疏导的运用。心理疏导与思想政治教育密切结合,不仅是思想政治教育“以人文本”的教育理念的体现,而且可以使心理疏导落到实处。
[Abstract]:At present , the psychological pressure of college students is getting more and more , and the psychological obstacles caused by the stress are becoming more and more obvious , which has seriously affected the life , study and personality characteristics of the individual . Traditional ideological and political education mode has gradually been unable to adapt to the internal demand of college students . Therefore , the combination of ideological and political education and psychological guidance is very important . This paper mainly studies the application of psychological guidance in the visual threshold of ideological and political education in colleges and universities .
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between psychological guidance and ideological and political education and the content , problems and importance of using psychological guidance in ideological and political education .
In the research method , this thesis focuses on the methods of dialectical method , theory and practice , multi - disciplinary cross - integration research method , literature research method and logical analysis method , in which the dialectical law of Marxism is the most basic method . This paper applies the dialectical method to the relationship between psychological guidance and ideological and political education .
In order to grasp the content and importance of psychological guidance in ideological and political education more clearly , this paper applies multi - disciplinary cross - integration research method and literature research method .
Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of psychological guidance in ideological and political education , a logical analysis method is used .
For the last question - the analysis of the countermeasures applied in the ideological and political education , the author uses the combination of theory and practice .
The main contents of this paper are as follows :
The first part , the introduction , briefly elaborated the following three aspects , namely the issue and its research significance , the research thinking and framework of the topic and the research method .
The second part , the meaning of psychological guidance and its relation to ideological and political education . This part briefly describes the basic meaning of psychological guidance , and focuses on the relationship between psychological guidance and ideological and political education .
The third part , the content and importance of psychological guidance in ideological and political education in colleges and universities . The content of psychological guidance in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities includes the alienation of college students ' ideological obstacles and the alienation of personal behavior . The importance of psychological guidance in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is : Firstly , psychological guidance is an effective way of ideological and political education ;
Second , psychological guidance makes ideological and political education more targeted and practical ;
Third , psychological guidance can promote the self - improvement of the personality of college students ;
Fourth , it can reflect the humanistic value of ideological and political education ;
It makes ideological and political education more realistic .
In the fourth part , the problems and causes of the psychological problems in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities are analyzed . The main problems are : Firstly , the psychological guidance and the ideological and political education are disconnected ;
Second , the campus psychological guidance mechanism is not perfect ;
Thirdly , it is very difficult to use psychological guidance in ideological and political education in colleges and universities . The reason is : Firstly , traditional education concept affects the application of psychological guidance ;
Second , the psychological guidance knowledge of the college counselor is poor , and the lack of guidance is improper ;
Thirdly , college students agree with the psychological guidance and do not agree with each other .
In the fifth part , the specific strategies of psychological guidance in ideological and political education in colleges and universities are put forward , and the related strategies are put forward in the process of the application of ideological and political education in colleges and universities .
To improve the mechanism of psychological guidance in colleges and universities ;
To change the traditional ideological and political education strategy , to make reasonable psychological guidance and education to the students ;
To guide the students to change their own ideas and to be happy to carry out four aspects , the strategies of psychological guidance in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in our country are discussed .
Based on the analysis of the above aspects , the conclusion is that some college students in the university generally have psychological problems which have seriously affected the students ' life and learning . Therefore , it is necessary to strengthen the application of psychological guidance in ideological and political education .
