网络文化对大学生思想道德观的影响及对策研究

【摘要】：自上世纪八十年代互联网在我国出现并快速发展以来，由于其对人们生活、工作方式的极大改变和网络主体的积极主动的参与而逐渐形成了一种新型的文化——网络文化。党的十七大报告指出:“加强网络文化建设和管理，营造良好的网络环境”。①第一次将“网络文化”写入了党的最高级别的文件，这充分体现了党中央对网络以及网络环境的高度重视。因为网络虽然给涉事不深的青年大学生带来了惊奇和便利，但同时也使他们的人生观、价值观、道德观等方面遭到了前所未有的考验，青年大学生不能清楚的把握这一新兴事物的本质特点。因此作为与时俱进的高校思想政治工作者，必须敏锐的意识到这一点，积极主动的学习有关网络文化知识，并在此基础上引导青年大学生系统、全面的把握网络文化正反两方面的影响，培养他们正确的网络文化观，联合社会、学校、家庭，学生本身四者的力量，建设四位一体的集合体，给大学生创造一个良好的网络环境，促进他们在品德、思想方面更加成熟和完善。本文试图在十七大关于网络文化精神的指导下，系统地阐述了网络文化的含义、特征和功能；通过具体的实例分析网络文化对青年大学生在思想道德观方面的影响力度，进一步论证了网络文化与大学生思想道德观的关系并提出了对应措施：纯洁家庭网络运行环境；健康校园网络运行环境；净化社会网络运行环境；提升大学生自身素质。从而引导他们更好的克服网络文化的消极因素，利用好优势发展自己，并为网络文化的发展和空间的纯净作出应有的贡献。在论文的结语部分，对网络文化的未来发展趋势以及其对人类文化的影响进行了全面的阐述和总结，以便对网络文化研究成果进行一个全面梳理。当下，网络文化的发展已经到了关键期，各种利弊冲突都开始凸显出来，尤其是对大学生群体的影响。因此，，加大关于网络文化对大学生思想道德观影响课课题的研究力度，使网络文化成为宣传正确舆论、创新科技、传播先进理念、弘扬优秀文化的一个重要平台，使青年大学生在紧张的学习之余有一个健康、安全的精神娱乐环境，能让他们在丰富知识、开阔视野的同时，缓解压力，保持积极的、健康向上的精神品质以及文明的网络道德素养，从而提升他们的思想道德观，在网络信息世界里健康成长，也为打造绿色、文明的网络空间添砖加瓦。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence and rapid development of Internet in China in the 1980s, a new type of culture-network culture has been gradually formed because of its great changes in people's life and working style and the active participation of network subjects. The report of the 17th National Congress of the CPC pointed out: "strengthen the construction and management of network culture and create a good network environment." .1 for the first time, "network culture" has been written into the party's highest level documents. This fully reflects the Party Central Committee's attention to the network and the network environment. Because the Internet has brought surprise and convenience to young college students who are not deeply involved, but at the same time it has also put their outlook on life, values, morality and other aspects to an unprecedented test. Young college students can not clearly grasp the essential characteristics of this new thing. Therefore, as ideological and political workers in colleges and universities that keep pace with the times, they must be acutely aware of this point, actively study the knowledge of network culture, and on this basis guide the young college students' system. Comprehensively grasp the positive and negative effects of network culture, cultivate their correct view of network culture, unite the four forces of society, schools, families and students themselves, and build a four-in-one collection. To create a good network environment for college students, to promote their moral, ideological aspects more mature and perfect. Under the guidance of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the spirit of network culture, this paper systematically expounds the meaning, characteristics and functions of network culture, and analyzes the influence of network culture on the ideological and moral outlook of young college students through concrete examples. This paper further demonstrates the relationship between network culture and college students' ideology and morality and puts forward corresponding measures: pure family network running environment, healthy campus network running environment, purifying social network running environment and improving college students' own quality. In order to guide them to better overcome the negative factors of network culture, make good use of their advantages to develop themselves, and make due contributions to the development of network culture and the purity of space. In the last part of the paper, the future development trend of network culture and its influence on human culture are comprehensively expounded and summarized in order to comb the research results of network culture in an all-round way. At present, the development of network culture has reached a critical period, all kinds of advantages and disadvantages of conflicts are beginning to highlight, especially on the impact of college students. Therefore, we should intensify the research on the subject of the influence of network culture on the ideological and moral outlook of college students, and make it an important platform for propagating correct public opinion, innovating science and technology, spreading advanced ideas, and carrying forward excellent culture. To enable young college students to have a healthy and safe mental and recreational environment in addition to their intense study, so that they can enrich their knowledge, broaden their horizons, relieve pressure and maintain a positive attitude. The healthy and upward spirit quality and the civilized network morals accomplishment, thus enhances their thought morals, grows healthily in the network information world, also contributes to creating the green, the civilized cyberspace.
