中国高校科研经费管理制度改革的政策分析

【摘要】：随着高等教育事业的不断发展,高校所用科研经费占有比例增大。为了规范高校科研经费管理,促进高校科技创新及教育事业的发展。本文对中国高校科研经费管理制度改革的政策分析,采用文献查阅法、举例论证法等,从高校科研经费管理新政入手,结合高校科研经费管理的实际情况,分析现实中中国高校科研经费管理改革政策存在的问题,然后进一步阐释中国高校科研经费管理制度改革对策,为高校科研经费的合理分配提供了帮助,对高校科研经费改革具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of higher education, the proportion of scientific research funds used in colleges and universities is increasing. In order to standardize the management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities, promote the development of scientific and technological innovation and education in colleges and universities. Based on the policy analysis of the reform of the scientific research funds management system in Chinese colleges and universities, this paper adopts the method of literature reference and demonstration, starting with the new policy of the management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities, and combining with the actual situation of the management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the reform policy of scientific research funds management in Chinese colleges and universities in reality, and then further explains the countermeasures for the reform of the management system of scientific research funds in Chinese colleges and universities, which provides help for the rational allocation of scientific research funds in colleges and universities. It is of great practical significance to the reform of scientific research funds in colleges and universities.
