和谐校园视域下的高校贫困生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：由于家庭经济状况、城乡和区域差距、高校教育体制改革等原因致使无力缴纳教育费用的高校学生日渐增多。高校贫困生除经济困难外，还存在明显的自卑心理，其个性修养、人际关系、情绪情感、价值取向等方面都很容易出现问题。高校贫困生的物质和精神困境影响了和谐校园建设。加强高校贫困生思想政治教育，是高校思想政治教育的的重要环节；有利于高校贫困生身心素质的健康成长，实现全面而自由的发展；为高校贫困生提供平等的发展环境和竞争机遇，体现公平正义；有利于实现教育根本目的；更重要的是有利于和谐校园建设，进而有利于和谐社会建设。本文分析了当前我国高校的贫困生思想政治教育工作还存在着很多问题和不足，主要是贫困生思想政治教育的观念落后、方法陈旧、队伍建设滞后、合力不足、育人环境方面存在问题、内容不够完善。提出了完善贫困生思想政治教育的途径和方法。提出了以人为本的思想政治教育理念，在贫困生思想政治教育中全面落实科学发展观；强调经济救助与思想教育相结合；在内容方面，注重能力拓展和人格完善、自我教育与自立自强教育、诚信与世界观人生观价值观教育，开展人文关怀与伦理关怀；改进思想政治教育的方法，培育良好育人环境，，创新思想教育的载体，注重因势利导和典型示范；不断加强思想政治工作队伍建设，全面提升高校贫困生思想政治教育的质量，建设和谐校园。
[Abstract]:Due to the economic situation of family, the gap between urban and rural areas, and the reform of higher education system, the number of college students unable to pay the education cost is increasing day by day. In addition to economic difficulties, poor college students also have obvious inferiority complex, their personality cultivation, interpersonal relationship, emotion, value orientation and other aspects are easy to appear problems. The material and spiritual predicament of impoverished college students has affected the construction of harmonious campus. Strengthening the ideological and political education of impoverished college students is an important link of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which is conducive to the healthy growth of the poor students' physical and mental quality and the realization of comprehensive and free development. To provide an equal development environment and competitive opportunities for poor college students, to reflect fairness and justice; to achieve the basic purpose of education; more importantly, to help the construction of harmonious campus, and then to build a harmonious society. This paper analyzes that there are still many problems and shortcomings in the ideological and political education of poor college students in our country at present. The main problems are that the concept of ideological and political education of poor students is backward, the methods are outdated, the construction of the contingent is lagging behind, and the resultant force is insufficient. There are problems in the education environment, and the contents are not perfect enough. The ways and methods of improving the ideological and political education of poor students are put forward. It puts forward the idea of ideological and political education based on people-oriented, comprehensively implements the scientific concept of development in the ideological and political education of poor students, emphasizes the combination of economic aid and ideological education, pays attention to the expansion of ability and the perfection of personality in terms of content. Self-education and self-improvement education, honesty and world outlook on life values education, carry out humanistic and ethical care, improve the methods of ideological and political education, foster a good educational environment, and innovate the carrier of ideological education. We should pay attention to the guidance of the situation and the typical demonstration, strengthen the construction of the ideological and political work team, improve the quality of the ideological and political education of the impoverished students in colleges and universities, and build a harmonious campus.
