艺术院校辅导员工作方法研究

【摘要】：近年来，随着我国高等教育的迅猛发展，高等艺术教育也逐渐从精英化走向大众化。艺术院校的扩大招生，导致艺术生源良莠不齐。在艺术院校中，学生“重专业、轻德育”的共性问题成为辅导员在思想政治教育工作中的难点。然而，在社会经济飞速发展及西方价值观念多元化的冲击下，艺术学生在学业、经济、心理诸多方面出现了个性问题。这些个性问题阻碍了艺术生自身全面健康发展。因此，加强艺术院校辅导员工作方法的研究显得迫在眉睫。本文以艺术院校辅导员工作为视角，，以探究艺术院校辅导员工作方法为出发点，以促进艺术类大学生自身全面健康发展为目的，围绕艺术类大学生自身成长规律、思想政治教育规律及时代发展规律从以下四个方面系统展开论述：第一部分以辅导员自身定位及工作职责作为对辅导员的要求，论述了辅导员应该遵循的规律及原则以及马克思主义理论对辅导员工作起到的指导性作用；第二部分深入分析当前艺术类学生因共性及个性问题所形成的不同类别，明确了教育客体自身成长规律，为辅导员进一步开展工作提供有力依据；第三部分以辅导员为视角，具体分析辅导员在面对不同类别艺术生开展思想政治教育工作时所面临的问题；第四部分针对不同类别的艺术学生共性、个性问题，提出行之有效的解决方法，从而达到了针对艺术院校辅导员工作方法的创新。研究艺术院校辅导员工作方法，有利于促进艺术类学生自身全面发展；有利于促进艺术校园文化环境和谐稳定发展；有利于促进新时期社会主义文化事业繁荣稳定发展。因此，必须引起艺术类院校辅导员的高度重视，在实际工作中，育人为本，德育为先，勇于创新艺术院校辅导员工作方法，为国家培养出优秀的艺术人才。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education in China, higher art education has gradually changed from elite to popular. Art colleges and universities expand enrollment, resulting in mixed sources of art students. In art colleges and universities, the common problem of students'"attaching importance to specialty, not moral education" has become a difficult point for counselors in ideological and political education. However, under the impact of the rapid development of social economy and the diversification of western values, artistic students have appeared personality problems in academic, economic and psychological aspects. These personality problems hinder the overall and healthy development of art students themselves. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the research on the working methods of counselors in art colleges. From the angle of view of counselors' work in art colleges and universities, this paper takes exploring the working methods of counselors in art colleges as the starting point, aiming at promoting the overall and healthy development of art college students, and focusing on the law of art college students' own growth. The law of ideological and political education and the law of the development of the times are systematically discussed from the following four aspects: the first part takes the position of the counselors and their working responsibilities as the requirements for the counselors. This paper discusses the rules and principles that counselors should follow and the guiding role that Marxist theory plays in the work of counselors. The second part deeply analyzes the different types of art students formed by common and individual problems. The author clarifies the law of the growth of the educational object itself and provides a strong basis for the further work of the counselors. The third part takes the counselors as the angle of view. Specific analysis of the counselors in the face of different types of art students to carry out ideological and political education problems; the fourth part of the different types of art students in general, individual problems, put forward effective solutions, In order to achieve the innovation of work methods of counselors in art colleges. Studying the working methods of counselors in art colleges is conducive to promoting the all-round development of art students themselves, promoting the harmonious and stable development of the art campus cultural environment, and promoting the prosperity and stable development of socialist cultural undertakings in the new period. Therefore, it is necessary to attach great importance to the counselors in art colleges and universities. In the practical work, it is necessary to educate people first and moral education first, and be brave to innovate the working methods of counselors in art colleges and universities, so as to cultivate outstanding artistic talents for the country.
