【摘要】：目的：调查高校辅导员幸福感现状及影响因素,制定提升高校辅导员幸福感的对策。方法：采用《综合幸福问卷》、《社会幸福感问卷》、《实现幸福感问卷》三个量表对南昌市高校237名辅导员进行调查,使用SPSS17.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果：1、三个分量表均具有较好的信效度,适用于高校辅导员幸福感测量。2、没有压力的辅导员幸福感指数高于其他压力程度,其中没有压力的辅导员幸福感指数最高；住房面积在100—120的辅导员幸福指数最高,80平方米以下的辅导员幸福感指数最低；每周值班次数为3次的辅导员幸福感指数最高；家庭经济状况上比较富裕的辅导员幸福感指数最高,非常困难的则最低。结论：高校辅导员幸福感总体趋势良好,但也存在若干问题。因此,提高辅导员职业认同感,不断完善自身素质,营造美好的精神家园,提高辅导员的福利待遇以及社会认同度是提升辅导员幸福感的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status quo and influencing factors of college counselors' well-being, and to formulate countermeasures to promote college counselors' well-being. Methods: a total of 237 college counselors in Nanchang City were investigated with three questionnaires, I. e., Comprehensive Happiness questionnaire, Social Well-being questionnaire and realizing Well-being questionnaire. The data were analyzed with SPSS17.0 software. The results showed that the three subscales had good reliability and validity, which were suitable for college counselors' well-being measurement. The stress free counselors' well-being index was higher than other stress levels, and the counselors' well-being index without stress was the highest. The happiness index of counselors whose housing area is 100-120 is the highest, the happiness index of counselors below 80 square meters is the lowest, and the happiness index of counselors who are on duty three times a week is the highest. The wealthier counselors had the highest happiness index and the most difficult counselors had the lowest. Conclusion: the general trend of college counselors' well-being is good, but there are also some problems. Therefore, to improve the professional identity of counselors, constantly improve their own quality, build a beautiful spiritual home, improve the welfare of counselors and social identity is an effective way to enhance the well-being of counselors.
