基于人的全面发展理论的大学生综合素质研究

【摘要】：人的全面发展的问题是人类及社会发展所追求的终极目标，始终贯穿着人类及社会的发展。从诞生至今经历了漫长的历史过程，在发展的每个阶段都有不同的代表人物及观点，国内外的研究学者对此问题的研究从未间断过，其中不乏优秀的理论著作及论文。在我国建设有中国特色社会主义及全面建设小康社会的重要阶段，，以提高全民素质尤其是提高我国社会主义接班人当代大学生的综合素质为目标的素质教育是我国现阶段教育的根本目标，同时也是我国现阶段对于马克思人的全面发展理论的推广与实际应用。该文以马克思人的全面发展理论为理论依据和框架，通过对马克思人的全面发展理论的历史渊源、历史背景、形成过程、本质内涵及实践条件的深入剖析和阐述，揭示了马克思人的全面发展理论的基本内容及现实意义。在对我国当代大学生素质教育的研究过程中，以大学生综合素质的构成要素为调研核心，通过对我国当代大学生综合素质中的思想道德素质、科学文化素质、心理健康素质、专业创新素质的调查与分析，总结出我国当代大学生综合素质现状所存在的问题，对我国现阶段高校的素质教育的完善提出相应的措施和方法，使马克思人的全面发展理论与中国当代高校的素质教育相结合，将理论应用于实践，最终实现我国当代大学生综合素质及全民综合素质的提高，实现人的全面发展。
[Abstract]:The overall development of human beings is the ultimate goal of human and social development, which runs through the development of human and society. From its birth to now, it has experienced a long historical process. In each stage of its development, there are different representatives and viewpoints. Scholars at home and abroad have never stopped to study this issue, among which there are many excellent theoretical works and papers. In the important stage of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country, The aim of quality education is to improve the quality of the whole people, especially the comprehensive quality of the contemporary college students who are the successors of socialism in our country. At the same time, it is also the promotion and practical application of Marx's theory of all-round development at the present stage of our country. Based on Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings, this paper analyzes and expounds the historical origin, historical background, formation process, essential connotation and practical conditions of Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings. It reveals the basic content and practical significance of Marx's theory of man's all-round development. In the course of studying the quality education of contemporary college students in our country, taking the constituent elements of the comprehensive quality of college students as the core of investigation, this paper analyzes the ideological and moral quality, the scientific and cultural quality and the mental health quality of the contemporary college students in our country. Based on the investigation and analysis of professional innovation quality, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the present comprehensive quality of college students in our country, and puts forward the corresponding measures and methods for the improvement of quality education in colleges and universities at this stage in our country. By combining Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings with the quality education of Chinese contemporary colleges and universities, the author applies the theory to practice, and finally realizes the improvement of the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students and the comprehensive quality of the whole people, and realizes the all-round development of human beings.
